Was advertised to $1 a minute. I waited for 10 minutes and was charged 1
$1 a minute for the first 5 minutes and then $5 for the last 5 minutes. You are supposed to be able to opt out, which I did, and to day I see a bill on my back statement for $46. I did not receive any help, got an email the next day by two people that I told them the same. Now I can not find an email or phone to talk to them about my concern.

This service was great for me. It was clear that I was paying $5 for a 7 day trial and would need to cancel if I didn’t want the membership. I spoke with a vet regarding my dog and she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. It saved me a trip to the Animal ER and hundreds of dollars. The best $5 I’ve spent! I recommended Just Answer to my mom as well and she had an equally positive experience (again with a vet for her dog). I only wish there was the option to pay per question or event because I don’t have enough questions to justify paying a monthly fee. Thank you!

I just needed a simple quick answer to a concern about the amount of Tylenol I was taking as I was concerned about harming my liver. The response was quick an very helpful, with a full explanation. This saved a trip to my GP for an answer.
