Dr/ Mike received my request for help on Saturday afternoon because our Vet was on vacation. We didn't know what to do but our basset was in a lot of pain and was sensitive to touch, not eating and bleeding through blisters on her underside all along her belly. Dr. Mike answered our questions, told us what was available to relieve her pain and get her back to normal. We were impressed that his answers were spot on and very thorough. Thanks for getting us through a tough time.

I needed legal advice and was connecting right away with a very professional Lawyer, who answered my questions in a very courteous and timely fashion no bull, just the straight up truth and I appreciated his candor.

I will use this service again and I have told family and friends about it too.

Never got answer after a follow up email & call. Even signed up for the trial for $5 dollars

I was on the epson support website and a pop-up appeared - I thought I was chatting with someone from epson support about my printer problem but it turned out it was JustAnswer. I thought epson was providing support via JustAnswer. This is very misleading and should not be allowed. I fell for the $5 to fix my problem (which did not fix the problem) then after doing an internet search on JustAnswer I immediately cancelled.

I signed up for the 7 day trial on ja.com to ask a vet a question. The vet was courteous and professional, however the issue with my dog was not resolved. I did my own research, resolved the issue on my own and I put the service out of my head forgetting about the trial period. I was charged for two months of service. The second charge drafted on the 13th of the month. I noticed it on the 15th. I immediately attempted to contact them. The chat seemed as if it was automated as each time I opened it the same face would pop up as my representative, one generic response would come through and then the chat would immediately end without any resolution to my concern. I then emailed them. I expressed that the service had not been useful to me and I had not used it outside of my trial period and requested a refund. I was told I was not eligible but that this service...which I don't want or need...was available to me for another month. I emailed a second time explaining that I understand if they refuse to refund the previous month but that it had only been two days since the current billing and that I would appreciate a refund for one month of this service that I have never used. Again they stated I am not eligible for a refund. Whatever eligible is...? I have many times in my life let a trial period slip by and the company will always refund the membership within a certain time frame. I find this to be a terrible representation of the company and their commitment to customer satisfaction.

I absolutely love having so many experts at my fingertips. Instead of spending so much of my time googling everything, I just type my question and within minutes I get an answer.

I especially love having access to all types of physicians and specialists for one monthly fee for my whole family. Scheduling just one phone conference or visit with my regular doctor costs me more than the unlimited access I have on JustAnswer.

I used JustAnswer twice. Both times, I thought that I would have to make an expensive trip to Best Buy to repair a computer. Both times, I tried to rationalize that the computer was too old to spend the time and money to get it fixed. I found JustAnswer online and it sounded good. It was so good that I fixed both computers, saved a lot of time and money, and would gladly use them again. They are for real.

I was so beside myself with issues about my cat and I reached out to Just Answer. I joined at 6am and by 6:20 I had a text from a veterinarian who was a great listener and gave me great solutions to my problem! She texted me for over an hour! I am so impressed with the service! And would highly recommend it to others! Thank you so much

This was my first time using just answer and it was very friendly and helpful. I did pay $5 to join for 5 days but that was well worth speaking to an attorney who could give me good advice. The attorney was patient and really helped me and I will request her again if I need help. The website however was a little slow.

On the whole...They are great. There are rapid replies and detail about my antiques and family treasurers. I did read the contract and accepted the additional charges.
I found the website difficult at first and I'm a newbie at posting picture but I figured it out!
I think it's a great research tool.

The site was easy to use all be it a little slow and I had to finish my question the next day.

My questions were answered promptly and accurately. I received diagrams and installation instructions. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive auto mechanic. I would highly recommend. Thanks.
