My animal had a health issues. I called a veterinary for advises. I spoke to Joan, she assist ed me with "Harmoney" health issues, concern, treatments, non toxic, holistic, explain in detail what to do, cost was very reasonable, got the treatment. As it is a 5 dollar good faith DEPOSIT, then you talk with your expert, then you pay a remainder amount which it discloses before you even start speaking with an expert. I absolutely love this site.

I was caught between the opinion of my new furnace installer and the gas company as to why my boiler was not functioning in single digit and below temperatures. Thanks to Just Answer, I finally got something to work with when the temp drops again – which to call and what to ask for. Hopefully just knowing that will pinpoint the problem and finally get a resolution. Keeping my fingers crossed. Just that information was well worth the cost.

Great service. *** responded within a few minutes of submission of my question and he promptly and correctly diagnosed a faulty part that was causing a malfunction in my induction cooker hob. With out his expert support I would not have had the confidence to order the (expensive) new part that was required to solve the problem, and I didn't have to replace the hob. Thoroughly recommended.

This was a stellar experience---my dog ate some medicine on Christmas morning. Just answer had me on the phone with a Vet within minutes (clearly stating the associated costs which were nominal compared to a trip to an animal ER). The Vet walked me through everything, then called me later in the day to see how my dog was doing (at no additional cost) then a week later, sent me a personal email to make sure everything was still okay with my dog. JustAnswer was great--I will use them again. I highly recommend them!

More times then not, I am a do it your selfer. With the input I received, I was good to go. Thank you, everything turned out well for $26. I’ll use you again.

The dentist I spoke with after hours eased my worried mind about a dental condition. He stayed on the phone with me much longer than I would've expected and made sure all my questions were answered. I like my dentist but if I didn't have a great one, I'd love to have the one I met through this site.

I wanted to just get an answer regarding an issue with my Mac computer. I thought I was getting on line help with Apple and next thing I know I"m being asked for a $5 deposit to get an answer. Desperate to get my computer fixed so I can finish a work project, I deposit $5. After no response I give up and go back to another source for help. My answer was given to me for free in about 2 minutes and I moved on. Later looked at my checking account, $5 bill because I asked a question. plus $35 because the agent at JustAnswer apparently typed in an answer that I never saw and now I have a $50 debit. When I call the company, she says I signed up for $50 monthly service contract. This is so disappointing. I do not recommend this service. Shop around to get answers from someone else before doing business here.

I contacted this site to help with a computer virus. I agreed to the $31 service fee and the agent proceed to give me advice on what to do. At one point the agent suggest that I give him remote access to my computer as he could do the work much faster that way.. I allowed him remote access. The problem was solved.
When checking my bank statement I found that not only was I charged the $31 dollars, but I also charged my an additional $39 dollars for a "Remote It" service. Then I was also signed up for a membership at $36 dollars per month. The last two charges I never agreed to.
I contacted JustAnswer and did get the $39 dollar and the 2 $36 Dollar charges refunded, I feel that this is a very deceptive practice and you need to keep asking the agent if there are additional charges for everything he/she suggests.
I will never use this service again or recommend them to anyone.

I want to reassure you that the membership is not automatic and it appears that you opted into the membership when you posted your recent question in November, I can also verify though that the membership on your account is off and that you will see no further recurring billing.
The Additional Services such as Phone calls, Remote IT support, Document review, etc are not included in the cost of posting the question due to the individualized service being provided by the Expert. The cost of the services is presented before you agree to them and we do send a receipt email out as well however those messages may have been missed in this case.

JustAnswers is misleading and will take your money for doing nothing. Up until I submitted my question it was "get you answer fast with online chat". Then as soon as I submitted they start talking about emailing the answer. Why would I want to do an online chat and then wait for the answer by email. Plus the automatically sign you up for the trial which means you have to remember to cancel or get charged every month.
I call and canceled my question right away. I also told them to cancel any subscription. They wanted me to wait until the end of the trial but I said "No cancel it now".
At the end I asked "So what charges will I see on my card" to which she answered only the $5 for submitting the question.
$5 for submitting an question to which I never received an answer and canceled everything less than 5 minutes after it started. And they still charged me another $46. and I don't think it was just a clerical error.

Additionally, we do not automatically sign customers up for the membership, if fact, we cannot sign customers up, only a customer can sign up. I signed up for just answer on Nov. 7, 2017 after asking my first question. It was great as I was using it for getting information on artwork and collectables and such. I kept using the service on and off and on November 29, 2017, while asking a question my account was terminated with no explanation whatsoever before my membership expired! The last question I asked deleted for some reason? A message telling me to contact support popped out so I proceeded to contact them. I have contacted support twice and it is now Dec. 15, 2017 with no reply whatsoever! It is a great service with quick prompt reply when it comes to answering questions. Don't expect to get an answer when it comes to customer support!

Four (4) hours ago I contacted this service to answer a simple question - i.e., how to turn off the block of my tel# on Google Voice.
Not only did I NOT get an answer from the supposed "expert", the "expert" and this "service" was attempting to scam me into paying more than $5.
ALSO, upon calling back to speak to a supervisor for help, I have had no answer in the last three hours. Indeed, upon calling once again after 4 hours and receiving the same clerk telling me that the supervisor has been "too busy" for the last two hours to call me - he has the audacity to tell me the supervisor will get back to me in the next 24 hours - even tho' it is only 7:51PM Pacific Time now.
This site is deliberately misleading in its advertising and billing, and provides no real service.
I have alerted my credit card company to this false billing and will reject any charge.
I will also report this incident to the Revdex.com and will file "BEWARE - DO NOT TOUCH JUSTANSWER.***" on any review sites I can find.
Shame on JustAnswer for this manipulation, dishonesty and total lack of service.

I'm sorry for the confusion about the good faith deposit. An initial $5 deposit is required at the time the question is posted and the balance of the question price is collected once an Expert responds to the question.
This information regarding the deposit is displayed on the page where the customer is prompted to submit their payment details and questions are posted only when the customer acknowledges and accepts the payment terms.
It sounds as if an Expert responded to your question which is why you received a charge for the balance due.

This site appears to be a legal questions aid site and after asking my question in detail to whom I thought was a lawyer , I was prompted to pay a "good faith" payment to actually to get the question sent to a lawyer. This sounded like a scam to me. Be careful.

JustAnswer.*** is a great site I have used twice, once just this evening. The experts are great, fast and give amazing information. I recommend anyone using this service reads the payment process carefully, as it is a 5 dollar good faith DEPOSIT, then you talk with your expert, then you pay a remainder amount which it discloses before you even start speaking with an expert. I absolutely love this site.

The response was timely, simply stated and accompanied by step-by-step pictures of how to replace the printhead. Did not care for the $5 fee but they did answer my question.

. was just wonderful. He took the time to answer my questions via email and the problem seems to be fixed!

Most seems very efficient he gave me some answers that I haven't got yet I still haven't had time to work on my vehicle but I'm going to follow his lead tomorrow at least he's communicating that's the best I can ask for he's actually responding faster than I can work on my vehicle which is good.
