The service was & is AWSOME. The first time I used your service it was on my lawn mower. That is why I came back and do so I the future . Good and respectful help !!!!

I called about an issue with my car. The mechanic *** was spot on. He asked all the right questions. I was going to have it towed and analyzed by a dealership which would have been very costly . Thanks ***!!!!!??????

I felt so much more at ease after speaking with the vet. All went well and my Labradoodle is getting better.

My pug had surgery to remove bladder stones on a Thursday ...was subscribed pain meds and antibiotics ..by Saturday evening my pug was panting was having trouble walking and was just not right! Sunday morning by luck came across this vet service and what a god send for me as Dr *** was able to put my mind at ease with his advice...he was absolutely right on that the pain Med tramadol could be the reason for the strange and frightening behavior the my pug was experiencing...also answered other concerns I had pertaining to the post op recovery!! Thanks Dr ***! I would recommend this service highly!

This is a SCAM ORGANIZATION....they are charging for something we did not request and I would like to warn others not to use their services for any reason they are not legit!!

We then received a very spirited email from you concerning fraudulent activity, at which time we issued a refund for the charges and closed your question, at your request. At no point does it appear that you ever responded to the technician or viewed the instructions from the technician to resolve the AutoCAD issue. We do hop that you were able to resolve the issue through other means.

After the initial deposit was paid my issue was referred to a specialist. Then charged $28 for his service, Then charged $39 for remote access to my computer which was told was declined. Told them to discontinue and since Satisfaction Guaranteed I expected no charges. Was told too late, card charged, just download program so he could remote access. Sent request next day to have money refunded for non satisfaction. Have seen no refund. Also when I link after it says the Tech has responded, there really is no new response and it says that I rated them 5 out of 5 stars. Complete lie.

After spending a few minutes searching for answers on the web, I came across this site and found that I could do an online chat with a medical professional. Not only did I do that, I also got to speak to a Dr. over the phone about my issue. With it being a Saturday, and the middle of flu season when you would want to stay out of any medical office, this was an excellent service that accomplished what I needed.

Good basic instructional information. Technician was knowledgeable on the vehice and repair procedures.

Their help was brilliant. Was stuck, and would never have thought of doing what JustAnswer suggested, by myself. There second response was based on an expert in-depth knowledge of how two other companies' systems could interact to solve a problem on my (third company's) PC.

I needed help fixing an electrical problem on my 2000 Ford Ranger. I spent weeks researching the internet and could not get the answer to my problem. Just Answer gave me exactly what I needed to fix my truck.

JustAnswer is a very professional and very responsible business. I'm glad that I found them on the internet. They have helped me in several cases with various disputes.

I had a pre purchase question on a particular vehicle on a car lot and Dan sent me the answer within seconds and followed up with the vehicle build sheet. I am very happy with the response I received.

I was contacted promptly and got good information on Parvo.

I ask a question and had to give them a $5 deposit which means they got my credit card info. Although it was a 7 day free trial the charged my card$5 plus $42. They are refunding but it will take several business days. This a scam. to get to use your money for several days.

Thank you for letting us know about this experience, we're sorry to hear about any frustration that you experienced or any confusion about the question billing that occurred.
In looking at your account it seems that you never opted into the 7-day free trial of the membership. Having not opted into the membership, none of the questions would have been covered by the free trial. Regardless though, the initial question posted to the account, before opting into the trial, would be charged the full amount.
I can confirm that you were able to process your own refund for the criminal law question, the day after the question was posted. The 3-5 day period that is referenced in the refund time is a standard refund time given that banks do not process transactions on weekends or holidays and this might cause a delay. The delay in processing is not due to anything that we have control over.
