I have always done my own work no matter what it is. I need help at times but almost all buisineses say they need a tech to look at it. No time or money for that. Just Answer is Awesome. I had doubts, tried it, and loved it. Billy in HVAC was great. I have used it before and was happy as well. If you dont like your answer from tech, lawyer,etc... you can choose another. It is less than 30 dollars to get professional help if you are willing to do the work. How can you beat that. Customer service was also a big help when I needed them. Ty.

Just Answer is a very positive and helpful tool. The web site is very easy to use, plus the information that they supply is priceless!!! The Verified Expert Nissan Technician *** was excellent and you could also tell from his detailed information that *** is a very experienced Technician!! I would give Just Answer and also *** a 5 out 5 Star rating!! I will recommend Just Answer to anyone who is listening or is interested when they cannot solve a problem!

and *** both helped me work through the issues with my car. They were very patient and answered my questions completely and in a way I could understand.

I was charged 3 times for the same service. The $5,oo "deposit"?, $39.00 for the expert's service (which was very good), and $42,00, a total of $86.00. I was aware of the $5.oo deposit and the $39.00 expert fee, but where/what the additional $32.00 was for, I have no idea. I've been ripped-off this time, but never again!

This is just one big ripoff. They kept asking for a password. I didn't believe I had one so checked "I forgot".....supposedly they would send me a new one and it NEVER worked no matter how many times I checked my e-mail and put in the temporary password they send me. Supposed to be a $5 charge for NOTHING!!!

You wasted time I would not have given you. I'm not going to pay someone to tell me how to turn my new stove on. I dontppreciate the abuse of my time, providing details to someone who THEN tells me I have to pay for it. Why does this business find it necessary to not put that information up front? Are people not willing to invest time with them if they have to pay a fair bit of money, just to get to ask someone a question? Then we'd appreciate having the right not to give you our time BEFORE you are honest about what you really offer. Disgusted.

I had an antique dressing table I wanted to sell and didn't want to sell it back to the dealer I originally bought it from, so I needed to know, after the last 10 years, what it might be worth now. I was very pleased with the service I received in resolving a very frustrating problem with my computer. The technician was very competent and resolved the problem which could have had some very significant consequences. All of this took place very late at night. No service is possible at this hour.
