I asked a question and paid the five dollars (and therefore gave them my credit card info). I recieved the initial SMS immediately saying that the expert would answer soon and I would receive an alert via text. I still have that text. I never got an answer, and when I go to the homepage to make sure I can cancel (I never got the promised “reminder” text to cancel before 7 days like the bot promised) I can’t access anything but the bot that just sends me to a page to sign up for a free trial. I can’t even ask them. I just know I’m going to be charged for a whole month of a service that doesn’t even work at this point. It takes 24 hrs to process according to most apps (which is so unfair/they should say 6 days not 7). I am ok if I lost $5 for my own stupidity, but I absolutely feel that this is fraud because I can’t get out of the big subscription that’s sure to come my way.

The website was extremely easy to use. I would recommend JustAnswer to anyone.

I've used JustAnswer (and *** for small engines) before. He and this service have been great! You do need to read what you are agreeing to (you don't have to subscribe to a monthly membership). And you must describe symptoms/questions clearly and expect a dialog with your JustAnswer expert.
If email dialog is too slow for you, you can pay a little more for faster responses, e.g. direct phone calls with the expert! I've used both.
My most recent experience was with *** for small engines (surprise)! The day before a HURRICANE hit my area, I COULD NOT START MY POWER GENERATOR! I emailed and he accurately diagnosed the problem and told me what part to get! [Through no fault of the service or *** .... I could not find the needed part nearby BEFORE the hurricane hit. But I ordered the part online and it solved my problem when I did get it.]

I was trying to find an IP address of a person who claimed they were living in Turkey but were really living in the Netherlands. With help from one of the staff not only did he show me how to decipher an email header but he helped me locate the country in question and in doing so confirmed to me the person was a scammer. Excellent service will use again.

My wife and I came home late in the afternoon to feed our dogs. Our 13 year old cockapoo had no appetite, and then we discovered fresh, bright red diarrhea outside. Our veterinary clinic was still open so I called to bring the dog right in for an exam. I was advised to take him to an emergency clinic. As we were preparing to leave, I looked for any type of advice online and discovered JustAnswer. Time was short. There was a chat option and I typed in a brief description of the problem. I received an immediate response and was referred to the online veterinary doctor who asked some questions and indicated he would send me some information within 5 minutes. As promised, by the time we arrived at the clinic, Dr. Peter sent me a description of what was probably going on and he recommended a course of action. A few minutes later we met with ER doctor who explained there could be several possible causes for this problem. Because we had all of our dog’s medical records (shots, tests, etc.) and we explained that our regular vet recently reported the dog to be in very good condition for his age, the doctor suggested a couple of options. One of these options was right in line with *** recommendation and this is what we chose to do. (Three meds, and rice/chicken for a few days.)
Today is the second day and things seem to be normalized. Four more days to go.
