Wow! *** was wonderful! I run a non-profit cat rescue shelter and though I’m pretty good at determining health issues and treatment, I needed some help to make sure I was treating one of our kitty’s in the appropriate manner. He was very patient and very thorough with his questions and quickly determined what the problem was and the best way to treat the kitty. He gave me the assurance I needed to properly treat this particular kitty. I will definitely be contacting him again!! Thanks again

Yesterday I asked a question regarding a car I'm repairing. I never got a response from Just Answer. I was billed in the amount of $34.00 for a membership, Which I did not knowingly ask for. I have used their service on a fee for service basis and have gotten help on numerous questions in the past. I don't know what's going on with the company but something's gone wrong! They are now using misleading tactics to trick people out of their hard earned money. Buyer beware!

After checking your account, I can see that you signed up for a new account and chose the discounted $5 question with the 7 day free trial membership. As with any membership or subscription trial, if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged for your first month to avoid any disruption in service. Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.
Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

Although your payment is not eligible for a refund under our terms of service, as a courtesy to you we have refunded the membership payment for you. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.
If you decide that you need to use us again, you mentioned you have another account with us. You can log in with that account, or you can use this account on a pay per question basis.

They roped me into a $1.00 Credit card payment for a trial membership. I was unsatisfied with the service so I tried to cancel the membership following their guidelines and was unable repeatedly to do so. I keep getting a response when I hit the cancel membership button on their website that says: "Pearl has left the room. A Customer Care agent will be with you shortly." This has been going on for hours.

Looking online for some info when my email stopped working, this box popped up and asked if I needed help. I thought it was a customer service rep thru my ISP and checked yes. I was in too much of a hurry and didn't read everything in the small print because I'd been without email for awhile at that point.Big mistake. As the rep rudely reminded me when I called to make sure the $1 Trial Membership was cancelled AFTER I found they had billed my business debit card $46, it was supposedly written in plainly on the website. NOT! This is a scam! Full details and disclosure are not really clear and I bet most people end up losing a few hundred bucks before they figure it out...

I enroll on the $1 trial, when I tried to cancel online I was redirected where you enroll, I sent a text requesting for the service to be stopped after 2 days and received a reply stating that I was unsubscribed. a week pass and now I was charge the full fee and the representative that took the call told me that they do not reimburse even though I cancel within 2 days.
This website is misleading and tricks you, without a way out of it.

We did receive several pieces of communicating and images intended for the Veterinarian that you spoke with.
As a courtesy, we've gone ahead and cancelled and refunded the membership charge. You should see the funds back in the next 1-3 business days.

I acquired a Panasonic cordless phone set. Although many families have eliminated their home phone lines, I still have mine for several reasons. I like this Panasonic device because it not only has BlueTooth connectivity for my cell phone when I am home, it allows the use of a wired headset. The set I acquired on eBay had three handsets, and I then received two more from my friend who didn't use his any longer. I had a terrible time attempting to get the last two synced with the base with no avail. I received help from tech ***., who was patient and very forgiving. We got the two new handsets registered and synced with the base unit within a few minutes!
Bravo to ***, but I'm just a little disappointed in the expense of using the program. However, I wouldn't have these handsets synced without Just Answer's assistance!
