I was at my wits end, and had tried every step to recover my computer, and nothing worked. I searched the web for answers and found JustAnswer. I thought what do I have to loose, and sent a request for help. After hearing everything that I had tried, I was instructed to look at a video all the way through, download two items, and do as the video instructs. I am pleased to say it worked. I see the other reviews below saying that is was not clear that there is a monthly charge after the 7-day trial for $5. I actually saw that they do tell you, and I have reminder to cancel, since I only had one question, and do not need a monthly service like this.

Terrible. I was directed to them through another website. They said my question would cost $1.00. I never received any notice from them I would be charged every month for "membership". Never was told to cancel after my trial period was over (one week) and never received another email telling me I would be charged. They have cancelled my "membership" but will not refund the $56.00 they got from me before I noticed the charge on my credit card. May not be a scam ... but if they were a legitimate business they would notify their customers of what they are doing.
