Terrible. I was directed to them through another website. They said my question would cost $1.00. I never received any notice from them I would be charged every month for "membership". Never was told to cancel after my trial period was over (one week) and never received another email telling me I would be charged. They have cancelled my "membership" but will not refund the $56.00 they got from me before I noticed the charge on my credit card. May not be a scam ... but if they were a legitimate business they would notify their customers of what they are doing.

I had a legal question, and received a very quick response with detailed answer in terms that I could understand.
I see the other reviews below saying that is was not clear that there is a monthly charge after the 7-day trial for $5. I actually saw that they do tell you, and I have reminder to cancel, since I only had one question, and do not need a monthly service like this.

I just couldn't stop the zynga ads on my facebook words game.
Took three days. It was frustrating.
JusAnswer began communicating with me and at first I didn't think it would be worth it because as far as I was concerned, everything was tried.
My technician, Andy, --even tho I didn't pay the dollar fee (I think that's what it was),--suggested UpBlock for my mac. Never heard of it til he mentioned it.
The app worked like a charm. I was so happy and told him that even if it didn't work, I appreciated his kindness.
