I had just one question that I forgot to ask my own Dr. I asked one of the Drs on this site. He was very thorough, answered my question and gave me more information. Very good service.

The doctor that I spoke to was a great help! It's Very reassuring to know that all my medical questions can be answered for such a small fee going to a GP would have cost me literally ten times the amount!!!!! I would recomend this service to anyone that has any medical questions they would like answered promptly. Thank you just answer??

I recently joined Just Answer and am very pleased with the information I received in relation to selling a piece of property. They were quick in their response and helped me seal the deal.

I signed up for a trial with this company for $1. It was not clear that they would charge me $46 per year after the trial. I do not want this and do not need it. The answer I was received was not accurate. Please get them to refund my money.

After checking your account, I can see that you signed up for the discounted $1 question with the 7 day free trial membership. As with any membership or subscription trial, if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged for your first month to avoid any disruption in service. Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.

Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

Although your payment is not eligible for a refund under our terms of service, as a courtesy to you we have refunded the membership payment for you. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.

Fraudulent debiting of cancelled services

I see that you did request for cancellation and as another customer care agent mentioned to you in email, either there was a technical issue that prevented the membership from being cancelled or it was an oversight on the part of the customer service agent.

I can see that we have already refunded the membership payment for you. The funds would have been made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.

I signed up for the 7 day trial for $5. About three days after the trial period I remembered about the it and emailed them to cancel my membership because I didn’t need it past my trial and clearly wouldn't have wanted to pay $46 for a service I only used one or two days. Someone from the company emailed me back saying they canceled it for me.. I had to keep emailing back and forth trying to get them to understand the refund part. Eventually I ended up calling and spoke to someone in the Philippines about the situation and he said that he couldn’t do anything for me. This company rather keep one payment than treat customers good and get reoccurring payments.. It’s crazy because I was going to need this service next month but I’d rather not deal with them. Horrible experience. I’m warning everyone. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR TRIAL SET UP.

I needed answers to 4 different questions, one medical, one legal, and two mechanical. Their experts were able to get me the answers I needed in all cases.

You solved my issues.
My computer crashed, Office Depot fixed it, I could not get all of my old programs back. The representative from Just answer performed better than HP or Microsoft in fixing my issues. I was amazed at how easy it was for JustAnswer as compared to the professionals HP and Microsoft. I am a believer. Thank you JustAnswer for your professional and fast problem solving.

This is the second time I’ve used this site. I’ve been pleased with both my results. It’s quick and low priced so most people can afford expert advise. I did however, have a bit of a problem with using the site. It is not as user friendly as I’d like.

I have been very stressed about how to deal with a large bill from a US hospital. Having drawn a blank with my own lawyer, I went to the internet and found this amazing site. The lawyer that responded has been most helpful and kind on how I should proceed. I am now confident that I can deal with the issue myself. Ongoing support is available to me should I not get satisfaction myself.

Best tech service provided via internet and I would recommend the service to anyone needing help with their computer system.

Don’t know how I got snookered into a “membership” that was never my intention and for the $49 they charged me, I asked one question.
Previously had used this service and asked a question at a time fee for service - plain and simple. I thought I had done the same this time not realizing it was a trial period.
I asked for a refund and was denied repeatedly.
I will never use this service again.

Always a quick and helpful response when I need it the most.

I was required to use this service in order to solve an issue with a google account. No options other than say yes or no help. I agreed to the 1$ amount with 30 days to cancel the $28.00 a month subscription fee. I spent two hours on the phone and no one could help me. I immediately cancelled the subscription. I received a cancelled membership email from *** on 6/15/2019. They have continued to deduct $28.00 per month since then. I have tried to contact them three times and get the automated response but no one will address the cancelled membership and a refund for the continuing 5 months they have continued to take my money. They do not have a right to continue taking my money and I was well within the 30 days. They owe me a refund and to quit debiting my account.

I will accept but they did NOT tell the truth. The initial offer was for 1 dollar and I cancelled within the time permitted and the only email I received was telling me my membership was canceled in June! I kept all the emails sent because I was so unhappy with their service and thought the email canceled any contract. Beware this is not a reputable company. Why wouldn't they reply to any of my email?

JUST ANSWER IS A SCAM. I SIGNED UP FOR THE TRIAL FOR $5 AND THEY AUTOMATICALLY TOOK THAT $5 AND THEN $53 MORE FROM MY CREDIT CARD THRU TD BANK. I CALLED THEIR 1888 NUMBER TO GET IT BACK AND THEY SAID THEY COULD NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. THEY BASICALLY STOLE $58 OFF ME THRU THEIR WEBSITE. NEVER EVEN GOT AN ANSWER FROM THEM CONSERNING WHAT I WANTED TO ASK THEM!! THIS SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN AND INVESTIGATED. FOR REAL!!!!
