I reached out to a mechanic over problems with my car not starting. He immediately sent me wiring diagrams and directions on how to test numerous things that could be the cause. After a few tests I had everything eliminated but the starter!! That was the culprit. Thanks a lot!!

WOW better than I hoped! An electrical problem with a camper/travel trailer is not an easy thing to research. Even the RV Dealership did not have any verbal advice to give me. The Just Answer RV mechanic Rob knew exactly where to look for the info for my problem and told me where to find it on my camper. It was resetting a breaker switch hidden on the bottom! This has saved me hundreds of dollars in taking off work, dragging the camper to the dealership, and them charging me $100+ to push the reset button. I am very impressed with Rob. I will go to JA in the future for my RV problems before going to the dealership. Thanks Rob! :)

11 PM. I was tired. Gave my cat his thyroid meds forgetting he already got them earlier in the day. When I remembered, I panicked. Thought I may have overdosed him. I had no way to get him to emergency vet. Looked on line and found this service at a great price, since I am on fixed income. Dr Peter answered and calmed my fears. My cat, *** would be ok. I love him so much. Thank you so much. I will recommend to all.
This business is a total scam. This business charged me over 4 months of 84 dollar. Never answer my question once

I have a warm and fuzzy feeling for JustAnswer so far because I was embarking on a big computer project which previously had seemed overwhelming and intimidating. I asked a technical question online and JustAnswer appeared with a chat box. There was a $5 introductory fee. Within 20 minutes or less I had 2 problems solved. I understand about introductory fees, subscriptions, canceling subscriptions, etc. So that's a non-issue. Instead I am feeling a great sense of relief because I now have a go-to resource to help me with technical computer questions.
This website charged me for a membership fee for 2 months and refused to refund it when I called to dispute it. The CR, Men, said his supervisor, apparently named Eddie, refused to issue a refund. The website asked for credit card info to cover a $5 fee then proceeded to charge the card $46 for a monthly membership I didn't sign up for. The card declined which should have told them I wasn't interested in their membership but instead they proceeded to attempt to charge the card numerous times over the next 2 months till they were able to charge it. I never received an email stating that they were wanting to collect any monies or were having difficulty doing so. If I had I would have let them know 3 months ago that I had no need for their service. This company needs to get a clue. When I tried to get a refund after seeing my credit card bill, they were less than helpful. Not happy with their gimmick service, and this website preys on busy people who don't have the time to deal with nonsense. Not everyone lives life with the internet attached to their hip. Very unhappy to be taken advantage of. I was okay with their $5 fee for an answer, I am not okay with their money making scam to take advantage of consumers. This company should be ashamed of themselves and the participants who make themselves available to collect the fees and answer questions should think twice about putting their names and reputations on anything.

After checking your account, I can see that you signed up for the discounted $5 question with the 7 day free trial membership. As with any membership or subscription trial, if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged for your first month to avoid any disruption in service. Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.
Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

Although your payment is not eligible for a refund under our terms of service, as a courtesy to you we have refunded the membership payments for you. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.

No one got back to me. Awful service. Ok, so they wanted more words: They completely ignored me, and when I tried to give them a second (of the same unanswered question) message, red letters prompted on my screen saying that I've already asked that. Incompetent. Inefficient. Completely deceptive and a total pile of crap. Do I meet the minimum of words now?
