The veterinarian was very helpful and made me feel better about taking my dog in for surgery and that I was not getting ripped off for an unnecessary surgery and cost.
I think this sight is very helpful. I talked to a lawyer on the phone for a small fee, and he helped me a lot with my questions. For me it was money well spent. I haven’t tried canceling my membership yet, so hopefully I won’t have problems like the other people had.

I apparently agreed to paying monthly membership fees if I did not cancel the contract within 7 days. At least this is what I was told. I have a strict policy with myself to never sign up for anything that has this stipulation and so am surprised to find that I have been charged a $46 fee for 4 months. I called when I saw the charge in September and was told I'd get a refund. Then I found that I had been charged for each of the 3 previous months as well so I called again. This time I was told that too bad, you didn't call within a week to cancel, you're not eligible for a refund. Based upon comments I've read from other angry people with the same problem I think that perhaps the part that says if a person doesn't cancel within 7 days then they will be charged each month might not have been so obvious. Also, there have never been any emails or deliveries by the USPS about this account or subsequent billings. Based upon what I have read there are a number of dissatisfied customers and I can't help but wonder why the company has not made changes so the terms are crystal clear in order to avoid such problems in the future.

I used this service over a period of 5 days. I paid the initial agreed upon amount. I discovered that I was being billed every month to the time of $37.00 per month for 6 months. Upon calling Just answer, the call center attendant indicated that I was billed for the full charge for the convenience of the service and that I was being notified by email every month of the billing statement and cycle. I received no such email(s) and it was only by chance I noticed this against my account. I find this type of service to be predatory.

A customer service rep made right a charge by giving me a free month service than said he would cancel my subscription. I was charged again when my subscription was suppose to be cancelled. He did not do what he said he would. Now I have another charge. I want my money back. This service was cancelled. I never agreed to another month.

I had a wonderful experience with your technician. I called the manufacturer and all they could do was send out a technician two days from now. Since it was a freezer issue, I was not happy! Your technician called and professionally told me how to work the electric control panel and I was able to turn the power back on. I was able to cancel my manufacturer's technician. My food was saved!
I am concerned that my service with you has indeed been cancelled. I did call and request it the same day. I am concerned because of the reviews I read.
