Having a newly diagnosed cat with diabetes I was given a script for the insulin and our vet when on a three week vacation. I was left to figure out how to proceed. Thank goodness for JustAnswer and Utube. The JustAnswer vets gave me confidence. I was given the info on when to test his sugar level and not to be to quick to increase the dosage even by one unit as told to me by our vacating vet before he left. Mango's blood sugar is going down and I will do a curve test in another week so I can share that with our vet when he gets back and makes the decision to increase his dosage or not. The information I was given was priceless to me. It's only been five days since Mango and I have begun this journey of insulin shots and metered blood testing. Thank goodness my little fellow doesn't hold a grudge for all the missed ear pks and my nervousness with giving the insulin shot. I am grateful for the help I have gotten. Thank you!

At 6:40 PM after finding my crazy dog had eaten a pound + of dark chocolate, I did a web search and was led to this site. I opted for a phone call and within a few minutes was speaking to a vet who gave me assurance and directions about what to do for her. The issue was positively resolved. Since I live 1 1/2 hours from the nearest Emergency Vet Clinic, I was beyond grateful for the availability of this advice!.

When you sign up for a trial, it says on the screen "Don't worry, we will notify you before we charge you for the full membership after your trial expires" Guess what, they don't. Then they charge your card and when you call to complain, they tell you it is non-refundable. Total scam
