They fessed up & told me they did nothing to fix my phone as the phone fixed it self. I was impressed with their honesty as they could have charged me when it was not nessacary. They could have charged me $39 unnessacarily. Thanks again for your honesty. I am also impressed when they said I will be reimburst for the $5 $ the $42 & I was reimburst. I had charged the phone for hours yet the phone did not work. I thought I needed them to fix it & like I said it fixed it self. If my phone ever dies again I will call these folks in a heart beat.

Good solid advise

I was very pleased at how fast I got an answer and it was helpful.

answered my concern right away. Per his instruction I had my husband hold the instant pot. While working on the lid handle I saw the steam valve was up. I poked it down and the lid came loose. So the instructions worked and showed me the extra step to take.

I paid for a service and was enrolled into a monthly subscription without consent. Their website was deceiving and did not clearly indicate that I was enrolling for a monthly service which is now illegal to do in my state of Virginia.

They said they would not refund because they do show $28 subscription, which they do on the desktop site but NOT on the phone version of their site which is what I used.

I enrolled a 7 days free trail for $5 at JustAnswer on June 5th, 2019. I remember I read the information that they would ask me again if they can charge me a $53 fee after 7 days. Today (6/13/19), I saw a transaction of $53 in my bank account. I called them right away and told them that they need to ask me if I want to be their member and charge me $53 or not. They can not just pull money from my account automatically without confirming with me.
I requested to get a refund but they refused me. I did not use their service at all.

As with any membership or subscription trial, if you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will automatically be charged for your first month to avoid any disruption in service. Additionally, we send out emails welcoming you to the membership and an email is sent before your trial is ending.

Per our terms of service that you agreed to when you enrolled in the membership, the membership payment is not eligible for a refund as stated in section 10, subheading "Refunds, Cancellations, Abuse and Special Programs" as follows;

Although your payment is not eligible for a refund under our terms of service, as a courtesy to you we have refunded the membership payment for you. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy.

I was transfer from a computer company without much of an explanation of why this happened. the company kept sending me to a website, which was not working for me. They just kept sending me to that site. When I complained and canceled any account, they did nothing, When I call the company to ask why, they gave me some spiel that I did not set up an account and I did not deserve the $1.00 refund that I had to have them try to help me. They do not explain the situation very well. I do not want a resolution except for them to be clearer about everything .

the company charged me a membership fee of $46 without authorizing a membership. No emails of confirmation of membership or explanation as to why they charged me the membership fee without authorization. There is no proof of authorization on my end. No company should be allowed to charge a membership fee without authorization or confirmation.

I should have check with the *** first and seen these postings, and not have to get upset in dealing with customer service when they conveniently take money from your card for a "Membership" of $34.00 for nothing. It's a classic case of false advertisement. Forced 1 star.

Helped me identify and remedy the issue. Service technician stayed as long as needed to answer my questions. Once in a while, his response time was a slight bit slower than I expected but I guess techs are handling multiple customers concurrently, which is expected to manage service levels. Would absolutely call again as they helped me prevent a very expensive repair and running water from refrigerator.
Great value.

Was going for visitation rights and did not know anything about the law and actions I needed to know and take. The help and commitment I received was incredible . Now have visitation rights for my grandchildren.
Thank you all for the support and commitment.

I have several legal issues that I didn't know where to start and how to go about filing court papers. It's been a total game changer in my confidence knowing I have the information I needed to get the ball rolling and what my rights are. I highly recommend, it's well worth it!
