The Dentist that helped me, Dr *** ( I hope that is spelled right!) was CRAZY GOOD!!!!!! She put me at ease, answered my problem promptly, got me calm and wanted to make sure all my questions were answers!! THANK YOU SO SO MUCH FOR BEING THERE! BLESS YOUR HEART!

Shady billing practices. I was charged $5 on the day I revived my answer then another $46 a few days later then another $46 a month later. The website states membership is $28 per month.
First time I used this was fantastic. Second time really disappointing. I don't think the guy was well versed in my subject or he wasn't sure what my question was. Eventually I figured it on my own.
I submitted a question back in April of 2019. After waiting nearly two weeks without an answer I replied to one of their emails to cancel the service and express my disappointment. It is now June 10, 2019 and I continue to get billed every month! I when on there web site to follow up on my question and I was sent to a chat window where auto prompts kept appearing until I was sent to another window so I could sign up for the service for a $5.00 fee! They have already got nearly $150.00 from me and I've received no service!

I think that this business is a fraud, at least in my case.
I was directed by *** company service department to look on website for service
technician, who can assess and advice me with my problem with "real pro ultra WP30006"
massage chair. This website ask me to fill credit card information for fully refundable $1 charge
with the promise in two minutes expert technician will give me exact answer for my problem.
In 2 min. they wright me that provide me with answer will take approximately 30 min.
In 30 min they asked me to give them my phone # and that technician will contact me with the
answer.
After more then 8hrs.of weighting for call from "expert technician" I logged in to Just Answer website with the question: Where is my answer? And now they sending me to the "expert technician" with the same promise provide me with the answer in a few minutes but now for
$10. Do I believe them? NO.
To me it is sound as an extortion.

I emailed Just Answer for help with an ignition problem with my 1999 ***. I paid $5 to connect with an "expert" then had to pay an additional $18 to discuss the problem with an "expert".
A day later the "expert" did not provide any answers to my 2 messages but asked for an additional $26 to talk by phone.
I gave JustAnswer a one-star on their web sight. They offered me a "free" question. Tried several times to enter with the "free question" button but it wouldn't connect.
It's been 4 days and I am out $23 for nothing. Big mistake. I won't recommend JustAnswer to anyone.

JustAnswer charged me $5 to answer a question. Without my knowledge, these people took my rent money. They took $46.00 from my charge. They claimed that they emailed me and that this was a 7-day offer, none that I ever saw before. I did not receive any emails from these people. They stole my rent money. WHY do they do these things? I do not work, I live off of my SSD. This was all the money I had in the world. I want my money back. Please tell these Indians to go back to their country and stay there. These people are the biggest crooks on earth. I WANT MY REFUND!!!!

I don't even remember using this service one month ago, but I certainly did not agree to pay the $46 I was billed on my credit card. Be careful.
This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, I am a single mother and I am currently out of a job and I thought the first question was only $5 and now they have charged me $53 and mind you I do not have money for the next month or two and I haven’t even been a member for longer than 24 hours and they would not give me my money back. I do not sign up and ask question because they are not upfront on what they are charging monthly, they lure you in with the $5 scam and then they charge you $53 and I’m sure the people answering are not active lawyers.

The first question is only $5 and the membership billing does not process until the end of the 7-day trial period. We do include this information on the billing page where you enter your billing information, as well, we send a receipt E-mail immediately after posting the question and a payment reminder E-mail 3-days prior to any membership billing.
We can assure you that the attorney that you spoke with has had their license and professional credentials verified by an independent 3rd party agency.
As a gesture of goodwill, we've gone ahead and issued a refund for the recent membership charge to your account. You can still come back to post more questions if you need nay assistance from the attorneys on the site, you'll just be required to post a deposit on a question by question basis.

I asked a question on just answer about my car. There was a small fee for the first question so I decided to do it. After the question was answered and I was satisfied I got off. A month later they charge me $34, something to do with Expert. I tried to go onto justanswer to see if I was subscribed to anything. I wasn't, so I tried to remove my card from the account but apparently you can't unless you replace it with another card. So I locked my card so no purchases could be made and maybe it would stop trying to charge me after a few attempts. Nope, I continue getting emails from my bank stating a failed purchase attempt from just answer because the card is locked. There is no cancel button for anything under the my account tab.

I called to ask question while on the phone. A Popup on my computer screen instructed me that I could "Chat Live" with Technical Support. I selected the Chat option. I was instructed while chatting with Technical Support that the service would cost me $5.00. I paid this amount by Credit Card. JustAnswer charged my account $46.00 over three months for a total of $138.00. USD. Apparently this is a monthly fee for their "service". I went to the website and cancelled the but did not receive a email yet. I don't want a subscription. This was a one time $5 deal. I would like a full refund of all of my funds. The customer service was very poor. The customer service also was not customer friendly. I wish this matter to be resolved and that I am given a refund.

As per the site, asked question, paid $5 for free week and was promised an answer in 2 minutes. 15 hours later, nothing. Went to site and attempted to log in and was unable to do so. They basically stole the $5 and provided nothing and I cannot find how to cancel before they start hitting me with monthly fees. Further, they're "chat" sessions are not actual sessions with a person, but a bot. This whole service is a scame

I gave paid Justanswer*** $5 to answer a question I had regarding a repair to my car. After a 7 days, they charged my credit card again without my consent. After reviewing the emails I received before they charged my credit card Justanswer*** I noticed that they were deceptive in how they approached informing me that they were going to charge me for a membership fee.

I signed up for a 7 day trial. I used the service for only 1 day. 6 days later I was charged $46 for a monthly fee I was unaware of signing up for. The company would not provide refund even though the service wasn’t being used.
