I’ve used different experts in the past. Namely, lawyers and vets. The experts are extremely helpful and save you time and money from having to go into a practice which in turn will cost you far more.
As far as some of the negative reviews, I have experienced charges for different reasons like what is being mentioned. My experience was I called to explain what did or didn’t happen and within the same period I was refunded. So, either you people are being dishonest or you’re not doing what you say you have done. I had a couple of different CSR’s in each case and still received the same treatment and service.
I will always use this service, Thank you!

I think that they are awesome!!! The traffic attorney that I spoke with was very polite and resourceful. I was also able to save money in two ways: 1. I just texted him and he texted me back was only a buck investment and 2. I was given the proper advice and shown over my IPhone where to look about my drivers license and BOOM! No tickets. I need some clarification of legal terms, and was given them quickly. I really appreciated the service, and it helped to put my mind at rest about what is happening with a court case.

I was not aware that I had to cancel after I called with a question costing $5. So I was then charged $46. for a membership which I didn't want. Non refundable.

I have used Just Answer for a couple of years. As of now I have only used them to assist me when my computer is going crazy. I am typically connected with an expert in the area of my concern within minutes and they often get the problem corrected within the hour. I am not a computer expert but rely on my computer on a daily basis for lots of things. I am thankful for the support I have received from Just Answer!

My phone stolen I got a new phone but I couldn't find my *** account the technician here at just answer tell me what to do and then 5 minutes I found my account it was worth a $5 thank you just answer technicians your great

Being able to have a concerning question answered from a professional straight away helps give you direction, resolution or beginning steps so your not overwhelmed. This was very helpful for me with a legal question.

My little dog fell ill in the evening after our vet office was closed. I didn't know if we should rush him to the expensive animal after hours hospital or if we could wait until morning for a trip to our vet.
We spoke with a vet on JustAnswer about his symptoms and it turned out we could wait until morning to take him to the vet as symptoms did not seem life-threatening. We were saved a rather substantial hospital bill we would not have needed in this circumstance.

JustAnswer was very helpful I was kind of confused on my next step, but thanks to *** I know what to do now.

I was impressed, it said I would get an answer in awhile that someone was researching my question I thought yea right 20 min later I got an email with the answers to my questions, still I was thinking they just said what they thought I would like to hear. Next day I called my lawyer went to see him paid 98 dollars and low and behold I got the same answer I paid 5 dollars for at just answer, so I wasted 98 dollars not the 5 so yea it's worth every penny...

I had a problem with my Zero Turn mower. I had checked everything I could have and as a last resort, I asked here. The technician told me the problem and it was fixed on the first try. Granted, I supplied an extensive narrative for the technician to know exactly what I had done to the point I needed more help.

I have had several questions, on several issues I am facing, and have gotten prompt, helpful answers on each. This is a wonderful resource. I highly recommend it!

I've had good service and appraisals of antiques 90% of the time. However, I've been frustrated on 2 occasions when the appaiser replied with a pictured example nothing like what I submitted and the difficulty of getting a response about a grouping of 3 Presidential Inaugural items. Customer support is good but still no response.

I tried a 7 day free trial from this company and cancelled on the 7th day. They charged my account anyway and refused to refund. When I called customer service they said they couldn't do anything and refused to offer a refund because they do not consider 24hrs as a day but rather counts the first day as the minute you sign up. Despite the fact that their membership and free trial does not state that they will not consider 24hrs to be a day they still refused to refund me and in effect charged me for services not rendered since they did not extend my membership to include the month they had wrongfully charged me for. When I pointed this out to the customer service agent she hung up on me.

Firstly, I am sorry for any problems you have experienced with our site.

After checking your account, it looks like you signed up for the $5 question with the 7 day free trial on 3/30, which means your 7th day would have been 4/5 or more specifically, 12am on the 6th. You called the day of the 6th. As with any membership or subscription, if you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you are billed automatically to avoid interruptions in service. Additionally, we send emails outlining the details of the free trial and membership. Since you did not intend to continue with the membership after the trial ended, as a courtesy, I have opted you out of the membership and issued a refund of the charge. The funds are made available to your bank the next business day, however, the bank may take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to your account depending on their policy. I hope that I have resolved your concerns to your satisfaction. Please let me know if there is anything else I may assist you with and I would be happy to help.

I cancelled re-billing of my card after only 1 day of my 7-day trial membership and was banned from posting any more questions, despite the 7-day trial being "unlimited" in the number of questions I could post. There was no warning. In fact the opposite -- it was clear that access would continue until 4/14. This was further confirmed in correspondence with tech support. There is clear and obvious sleight of hand here in usage of the word "access". Just Answers is a questions-answered website. All other resources are tangential. Without being able to post question there is no substantive value to the 'access'. I am asking that that a full 7-day access to posting questions be reinstated, as I have already paid for this.
