the response was immediate, concise, and exactly what I needed to know

missions related issue with our car, needed a direct answer regarding a related issue which the tech affirmed....GREAT!!! is all I can say!!!!!

I have used the app for a few different situations and the expert responses were very helpful and exactly right in each situation. Well worth the &5 fee

The vet was awesome. Stayed with me through mine (LOL) and my cat's first litter. There was a problem with the first kitten just sticking its tail out for over an hour. She gave me one last bit of advice to try before heading to the emergency vet. I was running around getting stuff ready to go and when I returned to the room to get Tux, there was a "live" kitten hanging from her. From there, Tux went on autopilot for the next five kittens with the online vet supporting me emotionally more than Tux physically. AWESOME, THANKS!!!

I have used Just Answer many time and as usual the information has been timely and accurate. I have been able to resolve he problem I had every time that I have contacted them.

I have been so distraught and mentally, emotionally, physically ill over being a victim of fraud that has destroyed my life. I have rental property in Alabama. I had cause to evict a tenant on a Sunday. That tenant was in a lease purchase contract with me that allowed him to sublease another property on an adjacent lot. He did not have a contract with the occupants of the subleased property. I arrived at the property to find it in horrible disrepair from a 6 month old roof leak he never addressed. The premises were piled high with trash and rubbish n the yard. This is a violation of City Ordnance. Those tenants told me he had moved to another state. I looked in the windows of the house to note there was no furniture or evidence of anyone living there, all window coverings were gone so looking in was easy. I text him to ask if he had abandoned the property. He denied this. Now, I want to evict him for default of his contract. In addition I have people occupying the subleased property with no contract. They were not persons I would have leased to. Since no contract, I have to give 30 day notice to move. They were rude and threatening. I needed legal advice ASAP!!! This was NOT a simple case. I asked multiple questions of the attorneys!! All were very helpful and most responded within a few minutes to an hour tho some took longer but, this was a weekend and I was working on these evictions at all hours! Overall excellent response and advice. Cost less than consulting with my own attorney and got my questions answered 3 days before I could even meet with my attorney.

I got an obscure error code on my Electrolux double oven which doesn't show in any manual. It was answered quickly and accurately enabling me to fix the problem and continue cooking.

Legal assistance was provided in addressing an outrageous overcharge for services rendered
In backing out of a wedding ceremony agreement with a local golf country club here in the Palos Verdes Peninsula, California.
• Questions and concerns were resolved in a matter of minutes
• My limited legal rights to withdraw from a signed agreement with partial reimbursement were quickly explained
• My draft letter to the country club requesting substantial reimbursement for fees paid in advance of services rendered was revised in two areas by me based on comments from the on-duty attorney
• The JustAnswer legal charges were a matter of a few dollars incurred by me compared with the legal charges of $400-500 per hour that would normal be incurred from a brick-and-mortar attorney
Based on all of the above attributes, I gave the on-duty attorney a five-star rating for services rendered!

agreed to a five dollar charged.got charged an additional forty six dollars that I had no knowledge of and didn't agree to.the company may be using more than one web page to trick people. the page I saw said satisfaction guaranteed or full refund.this a scam operation.called company to complain, they gave me a bunch of runaround.I said I wanted to talk to a manager, they would not connect to one.

This is a total scam. They give you a one week paid trial for $5. During this week, all they do is try to get you to talk to a service rep on the phone so they can charge you more. Then, they keep charging your credit card and say it is because it was in the fine print. Talked via their online messenger to a rep called Benny and the gentleman leaves the chat without letting me respond. Avoid at all costs.

I called to cancel before the trial period ended and they don't have a record of that call. I never wrote the name of the representative or any information. They said I called yesterday to cancel and I told the representative I did not call yesterday, I called a while back. She was very unprofessional and began raising her voice insisting that I called yesterday. I continued to tell her I did not call yesterday that I was calling tonight because I noticed my card was charged in Feb and March, although I called a while back to cancel. I told her why would I be calling today about charges to my card, if I supposedly called yesterday? Well,she continued raising her voice at me and saying I called yesterday. I continued telling her I DID NOT CALL YESTERDAY. She refused to issue a refund saying that I called yesterday and I was not eligible for a refund. I told her I would be contacting the Revdex.com. Please help me. I have been charged 46.00 in March and April of this year. Thank you.

I was trying to find out how to fix my lawnmower when I came across Just Answer's website. They said for $5 I could get an answer. I stated my problem and the answer I got had nothing to do with my problem. Nowhere was it evident that I was to be billed for anything additional. Today I got a charge on my credit card for $29 for a continuing subscription which I never authorized. I called the company and was told that I could not receive a refund. This company uses deceptive methods to obtain credit card info that is then used to make fraudulent charges.

On January 26th of this year, I used "Just Answer"s online service to ask a question about a legality in the workplace. I was told that the cost to be given an online answer would be $5.00 USD. I gladly obliged giving my debt card number online and was given the legal question answer. I was satisfied. No mention was made of a "Recurring Withdrawl bill payment" or wording about any "membership". My January debit card statement arrived in the mail and showed withdrawls payments made to "Just Answer" adding up to $5.00 USD. I assumed the we were done and the matter was closed. I never recieved a USPS letter, or e-mail from "Just Answer" concerning "Membership". When my February debit card statement arrived by mail on March 3, 2019, I found a line under transactions stating "Recurring Withdrawl Bill Payment *** JUST ANSWER ***", in the ammount of $46.00 USD. On March 5. I phone called the number on my statement to find out why I had been put in membership status when I had not asked for it, nor was told about it, and to ask for a refund of the $46.00 as I had not used the "Just Answer " service again in the month of February. I was told that enterring my name into "membership" was automatic from their end of things, and that no refund would be forthcoming. I stated that I wanted to cancel my "membership" at the time of the phone call and did not want to see a charge on my March debit card statement. I was assured to everything, including my "membership" was closed and that I would not be charged any additional money. I told them that I found their website and online practices less than honest. I have no proof of this conversation other than a 4 min. 24 second cell phone call to "Just Answer"s phone number as listed here. On March 13 I e-mailed "Just Answer" for clarification and to make sure that my membership was cancelled. I won't detail the e-mails here. Please let me know if you want electronic or hard copies of these e-mails. When my March debit card statement arrived on April 4 of this year, line 2 in the transactions showed "Recurring Withdrawl Bill payment *** JUST ANSWER ***. On April 5, 2019, I went to my financial institution that holds my debit card account (Elevations Credit Union) and filed a dispute over the transactions charged to me by "Just Answer". Elevations recommended that I contact the Revdex.com. I have not contacted "Just Answer" by many means again as of this date. Note: Some time, early on in this 10 week period, approximately the first week in March of this year (I do not recall the exact date), I anonymously went to "Just Answer" online and asked, what it would cost me to get one question answered and was told the charge would be $10.00 not the $5.00 I was oringinally told.

I signed up for the $5 7-day trial with these guys to see if they could answer a simple question concerning opening older Powerpoint files. After laborious chats with three different "experts" and no less than 8 pitches to accept a higher fee connect and solve service, I received NO answers to my questions, long wait times, and very sketchy responses. I finally requested that they refund my money, cancel my membership, and destroy my personal information, and let them know that I would be sharing my printed copy of the entire exchange with both the Revdex.com and my lawyer to make sure that they did so. The final exchange with their last "expert" committed in writing to refund my money and terminate my membership since they never answered my questions. This may not be illegal what they are doing, but it surely is shady business practices and we will now see if they will comply with my request to be rid of them. I feel bad that I had to give them even one star.

Thank you for getting in touch with us about this. We're sorry for any frustration. It looks like the Experts determined that, given your level of technical experience with the issue, that a remote service would have resolved the issue faster and in a less stressful manner.
There is an additional fee for the remote connection service but you're not obligated to accept it and can continue to talk to the Experts to receive assistance. It appears that at several points you started yelling at the Experts that were stepping in to help, which caused them to opt out of the conversation and open it up to the general community. This is why you saw responses from so many people.
We can confirm at this time that your account is closed and that your charges have been refunded. Once again, we're sorry to hear about any frustration and we hope that you were bale to get your issue resolved elsewhere.

I signed up to ask 1 question and was then signed up for automatic renewal. I did not want to continue with the provider at all and realized they have been charging me an insane amount of $29 per month since November. I do not use that credit card often and just realized this. I am furious about this dishonest approach to business. I paid $5 to ask 1 question. This is ridiculous.
