I booked the airline ticket from justfly [redacted] it showed on the right corner of the booking for free hour cancellationi did cancel the reservation right after I receive the confirmation email but it showed a cancellation fee for dollars/ person and I purchased for people's tickets it's totally so I called in to talk with the specialist about this issue and I was told that if I cancel the reservation after hours I can't get my full air tickets fee..the total amount is over so I talked to the one and she gave me a discount for charging me dollars totallyi don't want to lose my tickets fee so I admitted to pay them for dollars but it's really a trick for me I hope the problem would be resolved herethanks

I started my booking at 2:finished with [redacted] at and called back and did not get off the phone until 6:I ended up taking business else where Like any phone company you had a language barrier, put on hold a lot, and transferred many times except with Justfly you were trying to be swindled for more money over their mistakeI give them no stars but could not submit without a star

I paid for a round trip flight from Miami to Dominican Republic via the JustFly[redacted] websiteThe flight was operated through PAWA airlinesThree months later, I received an email from JustFl [redacted] saying that the flight was cancelled by PAWA due to a "flight suspension"They said in order to issue me a refund they would need my bank account number, my bank address and my passport numberMy original form of payment was a visa credit cardWhen I called, they could not give me an explanation of why they could not refund my original form of payment, or why they needed my bank account number and the other information--they simply said that is what PAWA airlines required (even though I had booked through their website)When I said they could send me a check if they were truly unable to refund my visa credit card, they said they could not do thatWhen I asked if I could contact the airline directly they said they would tell me the same thing, and when I asked to speak with a supervisor the agent said he was the only person at Justfl [redacted] working on refunds re: PAWA airlines
***STAY AWAY [redacted] I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this online travel agency and it has been the WORST experienceI have logged over million airline miles in my lifetime and TRUST ME...this is the worst experience- When I booked my airline tickets, they posted the wrong birthday on my partner's ID record, when I knew that I had entered the correct date....it took several hours to get this rectified- The day of my return trip, one of my two legs was canceled I called Justfly to get rebooked....I was on hold for minutes....then it took hours between talking to someone with a broken English and thick Indian accent and being put on hold to get a new reservation....but.....they could not reissue the ticket yet....they needed to wait for the originating airline waiver code When I called the originating airline...they said, "We gave them the code already" Calling Justfly again....after min waiting on hold....someone told me, yes we have the code, it will be re-issued in hours- The next day, I did not see an electronic ticket in my email so I called and they said, they did not have the code...I said yes....I had called them that same day to confirm and they had given that to Justfly Then the guy said, well, I can not call to confirm, they are closed.....I said....NO, they are NOT CLOSED...I just talked to them minutes ago...!!!!!!! [redacted] - Finally it took me full days to get the ticket re-issued (hours before the rescheduled return flight)...but because of the delay on the re-issue, I could not get any other options to change flight times-- I can't believe they have the nerve to lie to a customer, to provide wrong and misleading information and to have 2-hour phone conversations on issues that should take 15-minutes tops- Please do not use this overseas travel agency, you will regret your experience.....I will rather pay more in the future and use a reputable company or airline that I trust
