ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! NEVER USE! This website uses unacceptable practices of changing the price after a flight has been selected without warning I was purchasing a round trip flight and selected one advertised as $per ticket for two passengers I clicked the flight and was brought to the purchase page where I entered my passenger and payment info - the price of the purchase was also displayed When I was finished, I clicked "confirm" and received a pnotification that the flights had increased by $per ticket since I made my selection and I was given the option to proceed at the new price or to cancel my transactionI canceled and went back to the search page where the same flight was still advertised for the original price and tried again with the same result, including the pwarningNext, I selected a different flight that was advertised for $and clicked through to the page to enter my personal and payment info When the page loaded I saw that the price total was x $as I expected What I did not realize was that while I was filling in my information the price changed with no notice or warning to x $ I didn't bother to check again since the page hadn't reloaded, I hadn't changed any selection, and based on my prior experience I expected that if the price were to change that I would get a warning as I previously hadTherefore I clicked confirm and the purchase went throughI had to open the link in the email confirmation I received to even see the price that I had ultimately been charged - $more than I had expected or agreed toI immediately called customer service and after being passed off once, I was told that the best they could do for me was to offer me a *reduced [redacted] cancellation fee of $per ticket I told them that was unacceptable as I had essentially been conned into purchasing the more expensive ticketThey told me that they had a screenshot of the price I paid on the page where I hit confirm, so I was responsible for the purchaseI eventually accepted the $fee to cancel only to immediately find out that they "accidentally" charged $instead! (They ultimately adjusted that back to $50, but I literally asked the rep to confirm that it was $three times, so I don't believe it was an accident.) I went back to explore the issue and it happened again and again You click on one of their flights and are brought to the purchase page which shows the price that you selected Then wait about 5-seconds and the price will change right before your eyes! It's an atrocious practice that I can't imagine is legalMeanwhile, even while I was on the phone disputing this with them, the flight was still being advertised for a cheaper price! They argue that flights change quickly and no price is guaranteed, but why does the price only update on the payment page and not the advertising page? They are therefore falsely advertising for a fare that they have no intention of chargingI will never use this business again under any circumstances

I can't even explain how TERRIBLE of a company this isTheir customer service is by far the worst I've ever dealt with in my entire lifeThey are extremely rude, refuse to transfer you to a manager, and insist that what they are telling you is 'the only professional advice.' My husband and I, we're at the airport with others who booked a morning flight, only for it to be changed to a PM flight with no noticeThey told us the flight had always been a 10:50pm flight, but I don't see how people could overlook something like thisI spoke with either [redacted] and he flat out refused to transfer me to a manager after being on the phone with him and another customer service rep for over an hourHe stated the information he gave me was all he could do

On DEC I booking tickets flight from Los Angeles to Nuremberg Germany, latter I realize that the date was erroneous I call justfly to changes the dates fro 06/03/to 07/16/it was an error , originally the tickets will be 06/03/to 06/16/i call the customer services to change the date but the didn't want to change the tickets I explain that I dint want to cancel the tickets only change the date, I explain that I buy insurance for this flight just in case change dates or something happenthey cancel all my tickets flight and charge me a lot o money on 01/10/the tickets was canceli do not want to cancel but they dont want to change datesi pay $on 12/17/and on 01/11/they charge me for cancellation $the booking # is [redacted]

JUSTFLY[redacted] is an UNWORTHY site to use The purpose of this review is to help others avoid the bad experience I had using JustFly[redacted] service DO NOT USE this service unless you are willing to deal with 1) No nonsense and rude remarks from the customer service 2) Pay$ 20/person so you can change your booking within 4hours(go to airlines, you have, for some airlines, up to hours to hold a reservation for you) Pay for "EXTENDED CANCELATION INSURANCE" and the ADDITIONAL PENALTY when you change, or CANCEL you preexisting reservation 5) Agents PROVIDED you WRONG INFORMATION, this includes JUSTFLY's policiesI speak from the bad experienceI purchased international ticketsI WILL NEVER use JUSTFLY[redacted] ever again

In years of flying 20+ times I have often had to adjust my flight times and have always paid a fee to do so (often a very high fee)It turns out that most of the tickets on Justfly[redacted] cannot be changed at allEven if your airlines allows changes, if the ticket is bought through Justfly you likely cannot change itTo me this caveat is so unexpected that it needs to be listed in bold letters on the purchasing screen rather than buried in the fine print...I have recently purchased such a (now useless) ticket from Justfly and perhaps the most disappointing aspect of the purchase was that I was directed to Justfly from the otherwise reputable Kayak
