[redacted] - Finally it took me full days to get the ticket re-issued (hours before the rescheduled return flight)...but because of the delay on the re-issue, I could not get any other options to change flight times-- I can't believe they have the nerve to lie to a customer, to provide wrong and misleading information and to have 2-hour phone conversations on issues that should take 15-minutes tops- Please do not use this overseas travel agency, you will regret your experience.....I will rather pay more in the future and use a reputable company or airline that I trust
