I have tried for over hours to purchase a ticket on their website for a flight this December, and everytime I find a really good deal (around $round trip) and get through the payment page, it’s never availableAt first, I thought it might be because I was taking too long to purchase, but after NUMEROUS attempts I got to the point where I had my computer auto fill out the whole page in under seconds and STILL couldn’t get the deal they were advertisingThe notification would come up saying it’s no longer avail and the new ticket price was almost double of what they offered everytimeThe ticket would later appear in the search engine again a while later saying that “two tickets left” were still availableI changed my IP address and deleted cookies to ensure that this was them sending me this information and not my computer storing itI tried calling to resolve the issue, but they kept reading from a script saying that they have no control of pricing and that it just change

I booked tickets via JustFl*** for a flight on Spirit AirlinesFirst of all, it was not clear to me that I was booking flights via JustFly and not directly through the airlineHad I known this, I would have booked directly through the airline instead, since JustFly charges a fee for bookingSecondly, our flight reservation on Spirit did not have our infant daughter listed, even though her name and information showed up on the reservation through JustFlyWe figured it was because she was flying as a lap child (for free) and did not need a boarding pass since we didn't have a ticket for her; however after we waited through the security line we were told that she needed to have a boarding pass regardless so we had to go back to the Spirit counter and have them reissue our boarding passes to include our daughterAccording to Spirit records, our daughter was no where to be found on the reservation, so somehow JustFly did not do an accurate job of passing on the booking informationBecause of this, we almost missed our flightI am not happy with the service of JustFly and will not book with them again

I get a email from justfly.com saying that round trip tickets from New York to Orlando are 223” WITH TAXES AND FEED INCLUDED” in the total price I go to Purchases the tickets When I get to check out to put my card information it’s telling me that it’s I’m like ok maybe I made a mistake I went back looked I didn’t make a mistake I go to check out again same thing I decided to call just fly to see if they can help me with this problem I call just fly tell them My situation she told me those plane tickets are no longer available I tell him Miss How are they no longer available if I’m looking at them right now I refreshed my search page on my phone And the tickets are still there and there are multiple tickets still left she’s telling me all the tickets are gone there are no more there’s nothing she could do about them so I ask to manager the manager is going back-and-forth for me who my saying there is nothing he can do He has no power over that if she says the tickets are

I purchased an international flight with justfly*** on November 5th Due to a death in the family I was not able to travel and cancelled the reservation within hrs of the purchaseWhen I called to cancel I was told to send in a death certificate and proof of relationship in order to get a full refundAll of the documentation was sent and on November they told me that all was received and that it would take to weeks to receive a refund on the credit card usedweeks have passed and after being on hold for long periods of time (2hrs total) I was told that I needed to wait about more billing cycles in order to now receive a check on the mail with the refundWhen I asked the supervisor to send me an email stating all of this because I needed to have it in writing she agreed to do it but never ended up doing it and hung up on my face when I asked her for her name again
