I purchased an international flight with justfly*** on November 5th Due to a death in the family I was not able to travel and cancelled the reservation within hrs of the purchaseWhen I called to cancel I was told to send in a death certificate and proof of relationship in order to get a full refundAll of the documentation was sent and on November they told me that all was received and that it would take to weeks to receive a refund on the credit card usedweeks have passed and after being on hold for long periods of time (2hrs total) I was told that I needed to wait about more billing cycles in order to now receive a check on the mail with the refundWhen I asked the supervisor to send me an email stating all of this because I needed to have it in writing she agreed to do it but never ended up doing it and hung up on my face when I asked her for her name again

I purchased my ticket on December 1st of Air Canada then told justfly.com that my flight times were cancelled The only reason I know this is because I called air Canada myself since I never heard from anyone after I purchased my ticket Once I started to speak with them they put me on hold for sometimes over an hour and would then disconnect They still need to update my flight and send me a confirmation but have not done so and I leave in hours This has been the worst customer experience I have ever had...even worse than Comcast!
