I bought online adults and one infant flight tickets (myself, daughters and son) from Greenville Spartanburg SC to Mexico City with Justfly.com on March 27th to fly on May 23th 2017, when I received the confirmation from the agency I noticed that the Infant ticket had the last name short and due to previous experiences I knew this will be an issue, so I called back right after receiving the confirmation and they told me by telephone that everything was correct and that I would not affect in any way that it was a printing issue but in the system will be fine and that I would not have any problem to take the flightOn May 19th, I received a phone call from *** *** telling me that they found and issue with one of the tickets I purchased for my upcoming trip, they said it seems that something was wrong with one of the names of the passengers (the infant), I spent more than hours on the phone fixing this matter with themWhen the flight time came and I was checking in, t
