The website advertised a price on a flight which was lower than competing websitesAs such, I booked with themHowever, after putting in all the proper info including my credit card and clicked the "make reservation" button, a message popped up telling me there was a price change and I needed to pay moreBelieving that the price changed in the time it took me to put in my info I paid the new priceWhen I went back to the sight to book the same flight for my wife the exact same think happenedThe company is advertising a price to lure costumers in to using them while they never intended to give them the listed price, rather to change the price on them while they are clicking the final reservation

Upon booking a flight with this company, it was never made public that cancellations were credit only for the same locationsNot only did they charge a cancellation fee of $per person but also added $per person for re-booking a flight with them for the same destination two days laterThey will not make any changes as to one person flying or two, nor will they give you a credit voucher to us as you wish or in my case need due to meeting changesThis brings a flight of $1,from *** ** ** *** *** ** to $I consider this being held hostage by a company that makes it a point to deceive the public for profitThis is no different than theft

Trying to change beginning segment of our trip to one day earlier because of Hurricane Florence justfly says they cannot/will not do anything until our flight is cancelled, even though American Airlines has sent an email saying there would be no fee for changing Don't take a chance on booking with this company!
