I am writing a review on JustFl*** simply because I am so dumbfounded by the way their customer service department handled a pretty simple situationMy issues with this website stem back to August when I first booked flights to Cololmbia and Peru Somehow, I was double charged for my flights, and after many phone calls and emails, I had to submit a dispute with my credit card in order to get the double charge refunded You would expect that a customer service rep would be able to check transactions and provide a refundThis was not the caseInstead, I kept getting pushed around with not much helpOver the weekend, I found out from a friend traveling with me that our flight which was set to leave on 10/(week) was canceled by Avianca AirlinesRight away, I called JustFl*** to see if they could rebook me somewhere else It took three phone calls before someone believed me that the flight was canceled Instead of investigating the issue, their reps kept instructing ME to call the airline and check on this issue JustFl*** was the merchant who charged me for booking fees as well as the flight, so I was not understanding why I should have been doing the workThe next day, I called back, and the rep instructed me that I could cancel and get reimbursed, but that it would take 6-weeks This seemed rather long, and any time I asked to see if they could get in touch with the airline to try and expedite this, they simply refused and gave me the run aroundThis is just BAD BUSINESS I was canceled on week prior to my flight, so why should I have to wait weeks to receive a refund? The rep on the phone let me know she would call the airline to see if they could get the refund approved quicker, and that she would call me back I never received a phone call, so hours later, I called back to check in on thingsOn the third day of calling their team, the rep who helped me refused to call the airline She refused to help me any further, and let me know that if I wanted my refund quicker, I would need to dispute it with my bank At that point, all I wanted was proof that they canceled my flightI never received a notification confirming that my reservation was canceled, and wanted to proof just in case my bank needed it This seems like pretty request! After she refused to help me obtain a confirmation email, I asked to speak with her supervisor The rep hung up on me, but luckily, her supervisor called me back about minutes later When I spoke to her supervisor, she also refused to provide me a confirmation email! She then told me that I would need to file a dispute, and that a confirmation email was not forthcoming From there, she immediately hung up the phone in the middle of my sentence My jaw dropped! This part of my experience with JustFl*** is what motivated me to write this reviewThis business is very questionable Their customer service team needs a lot of training that I hope they receive I would not recommend this website to anyone else I hope for their sake that they make some major improvements

I bought one way flights (*** to Venice Italy, Catania, Sicily to ***)
When I purchased them I entered the transactions in my financial software
The next day when I visited *** website to reconcile my account I found the two charges exactly as recorded plus two additional charges
They were all pendingAfter another day the charges were finalized including the two additional
I immediately contacted *** (***) to resolve the issueI was told the additional fees were for seat selection, trip cancellation insurance and correction in the flight airfareWhen I asked to speak to a manager she refusedI was offered a token (approx $35) courtesy refundI insisted the two added charges be reversedThe rep, ***, stated that could not be doneNor could I cancel the entire transaction

We purchased a ticket in May for a flight on Nov returning on Nov In October we contacted*** to have a change made to the departure date from Novto Nov The agent charged us $for the flight change and an additional $(administration) feeI was told that a change to the itinerary would be sent to our email as confirmationNo confirmation ever arrivedHowever, after checking the airline confirmation number, we saw that the flight was changed to Nov The departure flight was successfulHowever, on Nov when we arrived at the airport, the airline could not confirm we had a return flightThey stated that the booking agent *** cancelled the reservation for the return flight! As a result, we paid the airline an additional $which included a $fee for purchasing the ticket at the airline counter

I purchased airline tickets through Justfly in August of this yearI was needing to make changes to the reservation and called twice to see what the best option was yo change the date or cancel the flight and rebookI was advise to cancel the flight because I would receive credit less $which was the cancellation feeI asked numerous times what it would end up costing me for canceling the flight I was advised I would have to pay the difference in the cost of the flight if there was a differenceWhole on the line I pulled up the justfly website and processed a new reservation to see what the difference I fare was before canceling and asked again the only amount I would have to pay was the difference and I was told yesI was told I had to wait 2r hours to rebook the flight which would be 6:central time for meI went o to the website as a new purchase and received a price of then I realized I couldn't access my travel credit so I logged in under the canceled fligh

I booked a flight from Raleigh to Gold Coast on July with Just flyThere are segmentsRaleigh to Houston, Houston to Auckland NZ and Auckland to Gold Coast (OOL) in AustraliaThe first flight was in Economy class with United, the 2nd was to be Premium Economy on Air New Zealand and the 3r was Economy to OOLI have an email with my itinerary showing just this and JustFly does not dispute thisI booked tickets for $eachWhen I contacted Air New Zealand to get seats, they informed me that the 2nd leg in Premium economy was in EconomyI contacted JustFly numerous timesI had 1/hour wait times, dropped calls, transfer to numbers that never answeredI talked to various levels, supposedly, numerous timesJustFly insists that there was an "error" in the booking system (never got a straight answer from them as to whose system) and after numerous calls, they offered to refund $for each ticket as they were not able to get me the Premium Economy ticketsThey would not

I booked a flight in November I needed to cancel the flightI did so in December 14, withing minutes they charged me $cancellation fees However I did not receive my refund even after days of waitingInstead I receive an email asking me to use my refund as a creditThis is when my plight startedI tried to use my credit online but their website freeze and does not seems to recognize their linkThen called their customer supported telephone: ***As soon as I mention my desire to purchase a new ticket using my credit they will transfer me to what they call a customer serviceThis transfer makes me waiting for around minutes with loud music without any answerI repeated my calls for times, and they again place me on the endless musicIt is horrifying!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wasted lots of my time waiting for someone to answer my call without any successIt appears I would need to escalate the issue with consumers protect agent and take to social media in order for these type of practice to stop!!! This is NOT rightAfter so much time waiting finally someone answered my call, however they refused to refund my credit even after charging me for a refund feesMy next step will be:
I will NEVER use this website for any future travel bookingI will bring this issue to my state (***) *** *** *** *** * *** *** ***)I will bring it to all levels of justice to make sure this never happen to othersSo JustFly if you are reading expect this to make it to all levels of justice
