I have been trying to change the name of a Latam ticket bought through justflyI have now called Latam three times and Justfly timesWhen I call Latam, they tell me that Justfly owns the tickets and should be able to change the names, then they will be able to transfer the tickets to another passengerJusfly tells me that they cannot transfer the tickets and this is because of Latam policy not there own policyThese two claims are contradictory*** statements are consistent with their terms and conditions so I am inclined to believe that justfly has a misunderstandingJustfly has provided no form of documentation or proof that Latam has created these policies and I cannot find anyone at *** who will confirm them

I had to cancel my flight and when doing so was informed of airline penalty and fees and was informed they would be deducted from the amount I paid for the flight My next credit card statement showed a $charge from JustflyI called to question this and to say I was misinformed this would come from the amount I had already paidI got nowhere and was informed I could call back the next day and could speak with a supervisor I did this and was connected to "***" who did not help at all He basically told me he could not do anything and I was stuck with the chargesEveryone I have spoken to on the phone has had a Phillipino accent and somewhat difficult to understand
