JUSTFLY.COM: THIS COMPANY IS A GREAT SCAM!!..Because on March 27, I bought a ticket to travel to Peru, I had to travel on April 02, so that day I arrived early to the airport, when I am checking in, the American's Lady, told me that I could no to aboard the airplane, because I had not conection o whatever, I do not Know what happened in that moment AND my ticket was not paid, I answered to her I paid for my ticket to JustFly, so she told again No they Did not, for me was a Great problem in that moment, because I had to travel urgent, my mom was dying, so I explained my urgency to travel to the lady and she did and gave me another ticket but for the next day, DO YOU KNOW WHAT MEANS THAT???, I HAD COME BACK TO MY HOME WITH MY luggage and things that can damage, AND TO WAIT UNTIL NEXT DAY, and again come back to the airport with my luggage, that was INCREDIBLE!!, THE AMERICAN AIRLINES ASKED ME FOR THE CORRESPONDING PAYMENT FOR THE NEW FLIGHT, WITH MY SAME JustFly Booking Number: ***

Our flights keep getting changedWe initially chose our seats together and paid extra for upgraded seatsnow we have no idea where we are sittingWhen transfered to Customer Service, we were told by the agent that he needed to put us on a short hold while he "looked into (our) account ....THREE HOURS LATER...I hung up! This happened TWICE!

I booked a flight for myself online and attempted to book the same for my minor son, but was unable to Immediately after this, I called the customer service number to purchase a ticket for him After hours on hold, the representative refused to add him to the reservation or allow me to purchase his ticket separately, and stated that I would need to cancel my own flight and re-book them together (for a cancellation fee of $75, despite the fact that I had made the reservation just prior to the call) When I called a second time, initially my wait time was "up to minutes", but after minutes, wait time was "over minutes" Oh, and I was inexpicably charged $more than the quoted fare - never was the excess explained in any way

Justfly.com charged me for member ship I didn't agreei called and canceled it and requested refundthey put me on hold for 25minutes to tell me they can't refund because it has already been chargedof course it already has been charged other wise I wouldn't have this problem

Fraudulent activity on my credit card, tried to address with merchant (just fly) who informed they could only correct fraudulent activity if they charged me $for a $transaction
