I was going to a trade show in Chicago and bought two tickets from Justfly***Once I purchased them, I called the airlines to see about extended leg room seats because of disability issuesThey told me I would have to pay extra for them because I only have basic tickets and they are normally for people with upgraded seats or people with a fused leg or in a wheelchair or with a service dogThey said I can ask for them at the gate but I would not be guaranteed themI have asked for these seats on other flights over the phone and had no problem reserving them beforeRather than be that uncomfortable and in pain, I wanted to cancel the tripI called JustFly and they just kept telling me the tickets are non refundableI saw everywhere else it said you have hours to cancel tickets, but they just said non refundable even I know it was within hoursI checked into this and found it was a law and kept going back to JustFly and one time they said, that was for airlines and not thir

I purchased an airline ticket and insurance with justfly.comThe next day I called to get a refund as I no longer needed the fight for that date and destinationThe call center rep said it would cost $to cancel my flightThey also informed me if I did cancel it would only be a credit voucher and not a real refundAlso, the only way to use the voucher is if I fly with the same airline to the same destination within daysOn top of that, they told me the insurance I purchased was through a 3rd party company that "might" cover my $cancellation fee

Completely incompetent customer supportJustfly customer service rep gave me information regarding fees for changing a name on my flight reservation and only after I relied on that incorrect information, was I informed that I would incur over $in chargesAlso, after multiple calls to Justfly (one of which was over hrs) I received an incorrect flight itinerary

Do not buy tickets from this company...if you ever have to make changes to the ticket, they will try and extort a huge sum of money from youHere is what they did when I called for making changes to my ticketThey will keep you on hold for 10-mins for every single step like checking for a specific date, checking if the ticket is valid for changes etcThe idea is pretty much to get you to just cancel a non refundable ticket and make an additional $in addition to the fees they have charged initiallyThe price they quote are far higher than what you would see on the airline websites, if you call them to change the ticketAgain the principle is to get you to cancel and have you book something new so that they can squeeze every bit of fees from youAVOID THIS COMPANY!
