This company takes third-party reservations through their website for flights (in my case on Qatar Airways) but if there is a problem of any kind with your flight there is absolutely no way to get customer serviceIn my case, my one flight was cancelled by the airline (Qatar Airways) and so I got an email from justfly*** to contact the airlineI did exactly this and they informed me they could not rebook my flight because it was booked through a third-partyThey gave me a phone number to call (***)A lady in Fort Lauderdale at a travel agency answered and told me the number they gave me was a mistake and I needed to contact Justfly*** directlyI called the number she gave me (***) and waited for over two hours and no one answeredThe recording simply told me someone would take my call in "Over minutes"So now I had four $1,tickets booked and no one who can help me rebook my cancelled flightFor the purposes of understanding the type of business this c

Hi my name is Forson*** I bought an airline ticket through justfly in December I could not travel so canceled the flightI have hour cancellation plan on it so they told me they will email me credit for my next travel, I call several times they keep on telling me the same story and I am not getting the email they promised

No stars I purchased a ticket and airline insurance (which stated a refund would be given with this purchase) for a round trip flight and ended up having to cancel hours later because my husband was unable to book the same flight with his miles I click "cancel reservation" and then told that to confirm the cancellation, I have to pay a $cancellation fee! This was NOT stated earlier in the purchase options and the insurance purchased stated it would cover 100% refundI went back and did a "fake" ticket purchase to see if I had missed anything and saw that there is a banner that across the passenger input page what looks like an advertisement (explains why I missed it) that says "extend the cancellation period" and there is an option of clicking a box to choose itThere is NO listing of fee or payment for cancellations on this bannerWhen I hover my mouse over the tiny "?", there is small print stating this option costs $and then you don't have to pay any cancellation fees by justly*** This is non-transparent business practice and they have just lost a customer (and everyone else I can tell about how horrible this experience has been)We are on a budget which is why we were drawn to this website in the first place and now we are out of money that we didn't have room to loseAvoid at all costs
