Can I give them zero stars? This is by far the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with They are shady! I booked my trip back in February for an international trip In July the airline notified me that they changed the time of our flights I didn't think much of it because it included the details so I tucked in away and notified our tour company About weeks out I pulled up our reservations on their site only to see that I need to contact Just Fly about changes They didn't notify me that I needed to contact them, I just happened to find it So I called them and the nightmare began After repeated calls to customer service, 4-calls with a wait time of up to an hour each time over the past weeks, I still can't get my tickets confirmedJust Fly says that they are waiting on the airline to approve the change (I have never heard of that before) I am weeks out from leaving and still don't have confirmed flights They tell me the same thing, from a script, every time no matter who I talked with about the issue I even took it upon myself to call the airline, Singapore Air, which told me the booking company needed to call and confirm the tripThis is in opposition to what I was told by Just Fly So here I wait Even if they confirm it, I am uncomfortable going out of the country and getting stranded somewhere and then having to buy another ticket home
AVOID JUST FLY AT ALL COSTS! it isn't worth the savings, because you will pay with your time, stress and additional costs for new travel arrangements I am considering suing them if I can't deliver on what I paid for, for breach of contact

We book our airline tickets with them in January for our trip to Los Cabos Mexico in April Since January we had several different flight times leaving Mexico....had to call Justfly and the people they have working for them was hard to understand (must live in India) and the last time we talked to them was the week before we were to leave and was told that we needed to call Delta Airlines (that is who we were flying back to the states from Mexico with) to find out flight number and time of leaving So, we had our itinerary paper from when we booked in January and the day we were to leave (April 29th) we went to the airport and gave our Confirmation number to the agent and she said it said we were flying out of San Jose California airport!!!!! NOT there at San Jose Del Cabo airport!!!!! She and another agent worked for about minutes to get us on a Delta flight out of the Mexico airport!!! Never, ever, will we use Justfly again!!!

ON 3/23/2018, I purchased two (2) One-way-tickets for my wife and friend from JFK to Tampa I.AThe advertisement stated that I had from hours before the flight for free cancellationI received the confirmation and receipt within hours of purchaseupon inspection of confirmation information, I noticed that they wrote one of the names wrongInstead of MEIRA, they wrote MARIAWhen I called them at their office on numerous occasions, speaking to :Cey", "Rachel" "Mary" and "Rolly" in order to get this corrected, I was told that "Auto-Correct" changed to spelling to the nameand was told that I had to pay $in order to correct their mistakeNone of this information was relayed to me when making reservations, in fact just the opposite, that it was free to cancelI paid the $in order not to lose the flight ticket, but I find this to be deceptive advertisingespecially since I sent the proper info, and they misinterpreted it!

Considering the fact that JustFly didn't resolve the problem they caused, trying to find my way back home at the lowest cost possible while handling this issue, and in order to be able to return to the US as soon as possible, I've contacted the airline (***) directly on Feb 13, 2018 and I rescheduled my returning flight paying another $penalty plus the fare difference
As you can verify on your recordings from Dec 12, and Dec 13, 2017, I originally postponed my returning flight due to unexpected medical reasons, now with all this situation I'm incurring in a lot more expenses in every step of the way, just because JustFly is unwilling to fix/resolve a simple mistake their agents made
