I was going to Israel last summer and booked my flight through JustflyDue to a family emergency I missed my flightI called justfly and for a few hundred they put me on a new flight later that weekThey sent me a new itinerary but the ticket number was the same as the missed flightI called the airline and they said I had not been ticketed and they couldn't do anything about it and that I would have to deal with the sellerAfter spending hours on the phone with justfly, they sent me an updated itineraryGuess what, it was still the same with the old ticket numberLiterally hours before my flight with my brother in law on the phone with them for hours, they finally ticketed me and I made my flight a few hours laterIf I would not have realized the wrong ticket number, I would have missed my flight at the airportA year later I buy another flight through justfly (stupid me)It's a round trip to MinneapolisThey send me only tickets for the return flight and not for the outgoing flightI call justfly and they send me in circles without getting anywhereI canceled the flight with their hour free cancellation policyI WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAINAnd from the reviews and complaints I've seen on them, I believe something real shady is going onSomething needs to be done about this company
I used my phone to book plane tickets advertised at $each including taxes and feesWhen ordering from the phone version of their website, it specifically says fares include taxes and feesI also ordered the trip insurance for approximately $5-$per ticketWhen I confirmed and booked, the total price was something less than $I can't remember exactly because I didn't take a screen shotWhen they sent the confirmation, I didn't open it immediately because I didn't suspect anything would be wrongHowever, once I opened it, which was about days after booking, I saw that the prices they listed weren't anything close to what was quoted or agreed to by meThat's when I researched them (obviously too late) and found out that this is what they do! I have no way to prove the prices I was quoted and booked and I guess that's what they are counting onI called them and they claim they made no mistake and I wrote an email to them to which they again replied they made no mistake
