Couple of weeks after I book and payed for airline tickets with JustFly*** I noticed a Spelling error on the ConformationThe spelling error was small Only One Letter on Both Last Names The error was SulawskiThe Correct name is SulewskiJustFly*** Refused to change the spelling error because that was the Airlines AirBerlin's PolicyI personally contacted AirBerlin and they Assured me that the Mistake Can be corrected by JustFly*** After Many Phone Conversations JustFly*** Tolded me that AirBerlin Lied to me and the Name Correction Can Not be Changed because that's AirBerlin Policy Wich is Completely Fulse and not right

We booked the flight tickets for the whole family in Dec One of the family members has to cancel the ticket as there was a problem with travel documentsSo we called them to keep the credit so we can use them laterFor that they charged another $to keep the creditAfter my spouse got the Travel documents, we called to book the ticket using the credit we haveThey never take the call and keep us on hold for hrs still no luckSo we lost a total of $for the ticket and $for the change feeI know the ticket is non refundable but they need to let us use the credit when we need to book another ticketIf they can refund atleast the amount I paid, if they cannot book a ticket

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this online travel agency and it has been the WORST experienceI have logged over million airline miles in my lifetime and TRUST ME...this is the worst experience- When I booked my airline tickets, they posted the wrong birthday on my partner's ID record, when I knew that I had entered the correct date....it took several hours to get this rectified- The day of my return trip, one of my two legs was canceled I called Justfly to get rebooked....I was on hold for minutes....then it took hours between talking to someone with a broken English and thick Indian accent and being put on hold to get a new reservation....but.....they could not reissue the ticket yet....they needed to wait for the originating airline waiver code When I called the originating airline...they said, "We gave them the code already" Calling Justfly again....after min waiting on hold....someone told me, yes we have the code, it will be re-issued in hours- The next day, I did not see an electronic ticket in my email so I called and they said, they did not have the code...I said yes....I had called them that same day to confirm and they had given that to Justfly Then the guy said, well, I can not call to confirm, they are closed.....I said....NO, they are NOT CLOSED...I just talked to them minutes ago...!!!!!!! *** * *** ** *** *** ***- Finally it took me full days to get the ticket re-issued (hours before the rescheduled return flight)...but because of the delay on the re-issue, I could not get any other options to change flight times-- I can't believe they have the nerve to lie to a customer, to provide wrong and misleading information and to have 2-hour phone conversations on issues that should take 15-minutes tops- Please do not use this overseas travel agency, you will regret your experience.....I will rather pay more in the future and use a reputable company or airline that I trust

My daughter selected her seat assingment, and was charged $for the seat, which is ridiculous, since I paid over $for the ticket! I have NEVER been charged for a seat assignment whenever I have flown on an airlineTheir response was "she selected a seat assignment." If she hadn't, she might not have gotten on the flight! This is just wrong! I'm furious that my credit card was charged for that amount, which means the same thing is going to happen on the return!

Rude customer service, they do not really care about what the customer is saying as they just repeat what their script says and do refuse to transfer you to a manager and when they do even the manager speaks very rudely like "if you stop talking I might be able to help you"They charge you for twice the amount of your ticket to book it so if you are not able to pay that then you lose the entirety of your money so you either pay them double or lose out completelyafter trying to contact their headquarter, for a month no one will even call or resolve the issue

I recently bought a plane ticket on JustFlyMy travel plans changed, so I tried to cancel my flightJustFly automatically charges a $fee, and then offers travel creditThis is a drag to pay $150, but it seemed worth the $of travel credit I'd be getting back, so I paid the feeOnly after paying the $fee does their website make it clear that the travel credit will only apply to flights (1) from the same airline, (2) for the same passenger, and (3) for the SAME TRAVEL ROUTEObviously this severely limits the options for what you can use the travel credit forIn fact, I haven't even been able to find a single flight that will work for me and meet that criteriaSo now, I've paid $just to cancel a flight that I could have skipped for freeAnd I have $of USELESS travel creditWhen I reached out to the company, they only replied with a standard, predrafted "** *** ***

I purchased tickets for my grandchildren Nov- Nov 28, 2016.  I purchased travel insurance at that time incase there were unforeseen problems.  A few days after I purchased the tickets, my grandson told me he could not miss any school days as he is trying to graduate in 2017.  At that point, I cancelled the flight.  I had to pay $175, in addition to the cost of the tickets.  I was told I would have a $credit to use within a year (not including taxes) Conf #***, and I had to go through Spirit Airlines to use credit. 
I booked a flight for my grandchildren Dec - Jan 3, tonight and tried to apply the credit - the amount that came up was $- WHAT THE H...LL!!!  That is not the amount that I was quotedSo I called Spirit Air customer service and a girl who had a very bad accent told me that, that is what I was allowed - I asked for the Manager - insisted on speaking with the Manager, but only got a supervisor who had the same voice as the customer service agent.  I told her that was unacceptable and I wanted to speak with her Manager.  Finally *** #*** came on the line and was no help at all - said this was Spirit Air policy and I needed to call JustFly.  I told her that JustFly sells for Spirit Air and that they should honor communication that I previously received. 
Since my phone call, I have found numerous complaints regarding Spirit Airlines. 
I expect compensation for this poor service and will continue to bash Spirit Airlines until I hear from the CEO of Operating ServicesA DISGRUNTED CUSTOMER!!!!!

Tried to book airline ticket for me and family through this website as it boasted about cheap flightsGot a price, looked very competitive, filled in all my information including credit card, said processing my booking and that's itNo confirmation, instead, said the prices have changed by odd dollars per ticket!!??
