AVOID JUST FLY AT ALL COSTS! it isn't worth the savings, because you will pay with your time, stress and additional costs for new travel arrangements I am considering suing them if I can't deliver on what I paid for, for breach of contact
We book our airline tickets with them in January for our trip to Los Cabos Mexico in April Since January we had several different flight times leaving Mexico....had to call Justfly and the people they have working for them was hard to understand (must live in India) and the last time we talked to them was the week before we were to leave and was told that we needed to call Delta Airlines (that is who we were flying back to the states from Mexico with) to find out flight number and time of leaving So, we had our itinerary paper from when we booked in January and the day we were to leave (April 29th) we went to the airport and gave our Confirmation number to the agent and she said it said we were flying out of San Jose California airport!!!!! NOT there at San Jose Del Cabo airport!!!!! She and another agent worked for about minutes to get us on a Delta flight out of the Mexico airport!!! Never, ever, will we use Justfly again!!!

Considering the fact that JustFly didn't resolve the problem they caused, trying to find my way back home at the lowest cost possible while handling this issue, and in order to be able to return to the US as soon as possible, I've contacted the airline (***) directly on Feb 13, 2018 and I rescheduled my returning flight paying another $penalty plus the fare difference
As you can verify on your recordings from Dec 12, and Dec 13, 2017, I originally postponed my returning flight due to unexpected medical reasons, now with all this situation I'm incurring in a lot more expenses in every step of the way, just because JustFly is unwilling to fix/resolve a simple mistake their agents made

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this online travel agency and it has been the WORST experienceI have logged over million airline miles in my lifetime and TRUST ME...this is the worst experience- When I booked my airline tickets, they posted the wrong birthday on my partner's ID record, when I knew that I had entered the correct date....it took several hours to get this rectified- The day of my return trip, one of my two legs was canceled I called Justfly to get rebooked....I was on hold for minutes....then it took hours between talking to someone with a broken English and thick Indian accent and being put on hold to get a new reservation....but.....they could not reissue the ticket yet....they needed to wait for the originating airline waiver code When I called the originating airline...they said, "We gave them the code already" Calling Justfly again....after min waiting on hold....someone told me, yes we have the code, it will be re-issued in hours- The next day, I did not see an electronic ticket in my email so I called and they said, they did not have the code...I said yes....I had called them that same day to confirm and they had given that to Justfly Then the guy said, well, I can not call to confirm, they are closed.....I said....NO, they are NOT CLOSED...I just talked to them minutes ago...!!!!!!! *** * *** ** *** *** ***- Finally it took me full days to get the ticket re-issued (hours before the rescheduled return flight)...but because of the delay on the re-issue, I could not get any other options to change flight times-- I can't believe they have the nerve to lie to a customer, to provide wrong and misleading information and to have 2-hour phone conversations on issues that should take 15-minutes tops- Please do not use this overseas travel agency, you will regret your experience.....I will rather pay more in the future and use a reputable company or airline that I trust
My daughter selected her seat assingment, and was charged $for the seat, which is ridiculous, since I paid over $for the ticket! I have NEVER been charged for a seat assignment whenever I have flown on an airlineTheir response was "she selected a seat assignment." If she hadn't, she might not have gotten on the flight! This is just wrong! I'm furious that my credit card was charged for that amount, which means the same thing is going to happen on the return!

Booked tickets for round trip tickets to Rome months in advanceIt is now months until the flight so I decide to check on everything and pay for my seats Well, when I log on I discover that I now have a flight to Rome but only a flight back from Philadelphia No way to get to Philadelphia though Call customer service wait on hold for minutes only to be sent straight to a survey and hung up on Call back wait another minutes Finally get someone on the phone who says that there are no flights available for the day I want to fly I can have a refund if I want but it will take to weeks for me to get my money back My trip is supposed to be days away and without that money there is no way for me to go I guess my husband will be going on our 2nd Honeymoon by himself We booked his flights through expedia I wish we would have done the same for mine :(

Rude customer service, they do not really care about what the customer is saying as they just repeat what their script says and do refuse to transfer you to a manager and when they do even the manager speaks very rudely like "if you stop talking I might be able to help you"They charge you for twice the amount of your ticket to book it so if you are not able to pay that then you lose the entirety of your money so you either pay them double or lose out completelyafter trying to contact their headquarter, for a month no one will even call or resolve the issue
