I had to cancel a flight and did so on the airline and then called them to cancel it as wellInstead of them doing this, they did not cancel the ticket and after several calls told me that they are unable to do soEscalated it to the supervisor who was not much more assistance in rectifying the situation I still do not have a credit for a future flight or any resolution at all

I made a horrible mistake buying a ticket for march 7th - 16th curacao-new york through just fly*** I even bought flight ins for flight changes I had to stay longer because of medical reasons of my daughter I called and tried to change my flight but first they said I would have to pay $towards the claim then another$to change the flight I disputed the fact I had ins but they insisted I pay the money I called the airline and they told me that all was needed to pay was $to change when I called back I got another person on the line and he told me sorry I couldnt change the ticket because it was bought in bulk price unheard of my total ticket incl csatravel protection costed me $which I could only use for one way because of this issue I had to purchase an additional ticket for my return trip this is a scam in my eyes and needs to be addressed my mistake was not to book through jetblue direct but with this agency online

I recently did business with Justfly.comBe prepared to be on hold for more than hours and never speak with a supervisorMy original flight for three members of my family was cancelled due to hurricane Matthew and when I attempted to reschedule my flight it was going to cost an additional $1,When I asked the customer service representative, Cecilia #( I use that term loosely) what fees where being added and why the difference in fare was so much compared to justfly.com online prices, she relayed that I was not eligible for those prices due to not having a new reservation
I told her that a new reservation would of been made had a HURRICANE that devastated the area had not occurredShe raised her voice for the third time and told me and I quote, "if you want a cheaper flight change your dates!" I asked her what other fees are being associated and she accused me of interrupting herShe never answered my questionI requested to speak with her supervisor and told her she was being rude, and she said ," we dont have one."
I told her when I was on hold for hours when I cancelled my original flight, I spoke to a supervisor and I know they are availableShe proceeded to tell me I need to listen, and don't interruptI once again stated I am the customer and I have questions that I would like the answered and told her she was lying to me by saying she did not have a supervisor

My problem is, I booked through justfly for August 27th leaving Knoxville, TN to Seattle,Wa My trip was for weeks visit to see my sister, her health was so bad that she did pass away on the 1st of September I contacted justfly days in advance to what was going on, and I was told to do this and do that, to getting nowhereI did send a copy of the death certificate and my Id, as my sister's IdEvery time I called and talked to them, the more and more I was not given the help I needed to get the refund back.My mom was the one who paid for the flight, and neither shenor I can afford the ticket, I want to get the refund back , this has made it even harder to deal with the loss of my sister

I ordered a ticket with a hour cancellation period with no penalty, I cancelled it within a half hour of booking, and it is weeks now and they still have not refunded moneyTheir customer service is the most awful I have ever seen, I spent a half hour on phone with them times already, with absolutely no indication of any progress

If you want to return an airline ticket with justfl*** after the hour return period, they will offer a $per ticket return penalty to receive justfly credits The problem comes when you try to use the justfly credits to buy a new ticket they mark up the new ticket twice the price on their website which is twice the price the airline offers With my experience we returned wrong date tickets realized after hours The tickets were originally $each and we were able to return each ticket for $fee to receive $per ticket justfly credits, thinking we'd buy each new $ticket for the correct date and at least save $per ticket in the situation However the new ticket that costs $on their site and from the airline, cost $when using justfly credits plus they add a penalty fee upon checkout over $ We learned this after accepting the $per ticket return fee Obviously frustrated we called and complained and involved our credit card company to get the $per ticket back After a lot of effort a justfly representative did give us our $per ticket back and we are walking away from the original $tickets When asking a justfly representative why a ticket is showing $on their site but it costs $if using justly credits, she became silent and didn't answer This is highly deceptive and thankfully we got out of it or we would've lost $in the situation instead of $ When doing more shopping and research we found out that justfly doesn't actually provide discounted tickets They are a search engine showing the cheapest tickets offered by airlines Therefore I would assume they only make a profit by penalty fees, so they are banking on people making mistakes when booking flights, then sell you a new ticket through justfly credits at a marked up flight ticket price I'm not sure if it is legal to sell marked up airline tickets, but justly is doing this, so hopefully someone can look into it or warn others, it's definitely unethical and/or deceptive
