Me and my wonderful Friend *** *** booked a flight to Thailand with this companyAll we wanted to do was change our flight so we can have a couple more days in ThailandWhen we called right after we booked the flight we were unable to change the flight due to a extreme wait time with customer serviceAnd according to their websites it cost $to change the flight but once you get through to customer service its another storyThis company lies and cheat and is unwilling to accomdate their customersMy friend made an complaint with Revdex.com and someone from customer service called her and was very rude to her on the phone very unprofessional

I am a frequent flyer and this was my first attempt at Justfly*** for my airline booking needsFlight was booked at 10:14am for 87$, confirmation received and Credit Card authorization was acceptedAt some time between 10:14am and 10:59pm Fronteir airlines raised the price of the tickets I had purchased10:59am I received noticed my flight had been canceled by Justfly*** for of reasonsI called their customer service number and the agent confirmed my flight was not valid and told me the price was now 119$ if I'd like to re-bookI told her this is simple fraud and price fixing after a sale is unacceptable

JustFly has the most utterly disgusting and despicable business habits for customers who are literally paying you hundreds if not thousands of dollars through their companyI am being charged an additional $on top of the $i paid for my ticket, as well as getting the most rude and useless customer support i've ever encounteredThis company has a 99% Negative rating on Revdex.com for a reasonI have never witnessed such a disgusting company in my life

HORRIBLE!! Do not use this site! They do not let you check out until you assign a seat and then charge you an additional $for it!! And then Flight insurance came up and I clicked on it in order to read it and make an educated decision and they charged me immediately (not the advertised price but a price much higher) without giving me an option I did not realize these charges until I had received my CC bill days later and already took the flight They refused to refund any of the bogus charges since I had already flown Well DUH, of course I had Since when would an airline company prefer their customers to NOT make their own seat assignment?
