Justfly said that I had to cancel and re-book the flight for a $cancelation fee PLUS a $re-booking fee PLUS the additional cost of the new ticket which they would choose for me!! I would have been happy to just pay a re-booking fee for changing the flight but this was a SCAM during a very stressful time and they take advantage of that by keeping you on the phone for long periods of time just to wear you down I cut my losses and cancelled the flight completelyI did buy the cancellation insurance and CSA Travel Protection was just as bad! They wanted her Power of Attorney (my mom's grief stricken husband) to give permission for and provide documentation of doctor's treatment during the time she was home (which there was none)They did nothing for me but run out my days to file a claim!
