In mid-June, I purchased tickets for a flight taking place in late December from Caracas, Venezuela to FtLauderdale, FL and back using JustFly***In early July I was made aware by the airline that this particular route had been cancelled effective Augand as such I would be required to request a refund from the booking agency for my December flightI called the company during the first week of July and to this date (11-7-2016) the issue has not been entirely resolvedI have spoken to rude customer service agents after waiting for over hrson hold, just to be told that the airline is responsible for issuing a refund code and that I need to call back in 3-business days once the code arrives to be processed a refundI have been on this cycle for a few months now each time having to wait between minutes -2hrs on hold just to get the same run around, and on occasion to be hung up on when they realize you want more information than the same line over and overFinally, I was able to get management at the airline to bypass the booking agency to refund the flight, however the booking agency continues to give me ambiguous information about the remaining taxes and fees that were charged by themOn my most recent interaction, I was told that they needed to truly confirm with the airline if the route had been cancelled (How do they not know by now if they were truly working on my claim all these months), then get a refund code from the airline (I don't know for what since the airline already refunded their portion), and then submit it to their online department for them to make a decision whether they will refund or not (mind you this is a service I'll never get since the route was cancelled)However, I need to follow up in days to see the decision, and if they grant the refund it can be anywhere from 6-weeks until the money is refundedJust add insult to injury, when I asked the agent to make a note detailing our conversation today so that I will no longer have to explain everything each time I call, I was thanked for calling wished a good day and hung up on, before asking if my issue had been resolved or if I needed any additional helpI have booked flights, and vacations with many online booking***panies and I have never experienced this level of i***petence, disrespect and outright rudenessI have since disputed the transaction with bank which has started an investigation, however I think it is important for buyers to beware that this company conducts their business in a shady manner and their customer service is horrendousHad I not been informed of the airlines changes via the airline when I called to select my seats, my father would be preparing for a trip in Decthat was never going to take place, and JustFly*** couldn't be bother to let us knowIt was not until after my 4th call to their system that they even issued a notification saying that some itinerary changes had occurred, and after the 6th call I was sent a follemail saying to disregard the previous alert, which makes no sense because my issue was still ongoing and the flight was still cancelledOverall, the experience with JustFly*** has been terrible and I discourage anyone from using this service until they improve their customer service department and learn how to notify customers of changes that can affect travel plans costing them hundreds of dollars
Justfly.*** is incompetent, unprofessional, engages is FRAUD and has zero customer service (polite people who are trained to repeat themselves, but zero power)They gave me a flight on a different date and time than the one I choseI immediately called back and they disconnected before addressing the problemI immediately called back a second time and was told that "minutes has passed since the booking so it is too late to change the flight"They insisted on charging $to change their mistakeI refusedI called the following day to pay their fee and dispute the charge as fraud but they refused to cancel the flight AND refused to accept any fee to change the flight and correct their mistake! I called on January 3rd to change my flight leaving Buenos Aires, Argentina to Miami, FL from January 6th to January 22ndI was charged $for the changes and sent a confirmation email to validate the new reservationHowever, I was never sent the e-ticketsI spent about hours on the phone calling Justfly*** almost every day and being put on hold for hours or hung up and still they never resolved my issues and only wanted to charge me even more moneyI finally called the airline directly and put days before my 1/22/flight and had to repay the $to them and they were able to finally get me, my husband and my baby back homeJustfly stole the $they charged me because they never provided me with the change I paid forAnd they ruined my vacation and made me spent hundreds in roaming chargesDisgusting service
I bought a ticket with this company, and I booked leaving from Tuesday and the return on SundayThem sent me an email, but I never saw, until days after to review the time I am going to leave, but I have a big surprise my return was the next TuesdayI called the company and them tell me I have to paid US$dollars additional to make the changeI paid for the original ticket US$ It's a SCAMI bought something different!
