Justfly*** has extremely poor website and customer support serviceI specifically inputted the dates that I wished to travel on and their website instead listed return flights that were dated days after what I had listed that I needed a return flight home without any notice or prompt to bring this issue to lightThis issue, coupled with the fact that they don't give any warning whatsoever that they have changed your dates, caused me to miss two full days of work because they refused to correct my flight itinerary or refund my flight and the cancellation fee was significantly more than what I paid for a round tripThis caused undue financial hardship and I am largely upset with what I believe to be shady advertising to pose low fares by giving you dates that present cheaper fares rather than giving you flights for the days that you specified

Bought a ticket to Montevideo, Uruguay, leaving on December 21st and flying back on January 3rd changed the flying dates to december 20th flying back on january 7th paid the required fee $454, and was told to wait 24hrs on August 18thweb page show changes processing, after hrs received email with inmediat attention need itCalled and was told changes need it another hrsCalled today, monday august 20th, and I was informed that changes are not possible, and previous tickets are not available eitherand was necesary to pay a fee for total cancelation or other fee to reinstate the original ticket Asked to speak with a supervisor, and finally after many denials to forward my call, got to talk to oneI have spend more than hours on the phone with themcalled got disconnected, called again, and they don't want to put me back with the supervisor was helping me

I originally booked a flight through justfly*** at the quoted price they providedI later received an email stating that the price had changed at that I would be required to furnish the differenceI called several times, facing extremely long hold times, only to be told that there was nothing they could do for me and that I would have to pay their newly quoted priceThis complaint's purpose is to shed light on what I consider to be an extremely shady practice of roping in a customer with a low price, have them input credit card information, only to raise the price at a later time and withhold my ticket

I have dealt with this business twice, and it has not been a good experienceThis last time, I made a reservation for my sonAfter receiving confirmation I realized that my name had been autofilled into the passenger field, while everything else about him was correct -- i.e., it showed his gender, birthday, even kept HIS middle initial! I called to correct the first name, and they refused to allow this, claiming it was a transfer of ticketI pointed out that all the other info they had indicated a 19-year-old male, who was probably not given a clearly female name The only option, they said, was to cancel the reservation -- for which I was charged $-- and reserve againAfter arguing, I did cancel, but refused to open a second reservation with themThen I went on line, and found, in fact, a cheaper option on the same airlineSo much for the lowest price!! THEN I noticed there is a place on the customer service webpage where you can "change the name" -- would I have been charge

I purchased an airline ticket (for international travel on TAP Portugal Airlines) through Justfl***Justfl*** did not disclose that they were selling a 'TAP | discount' class fare -- which restricts baggage allowancesThey advertised the fare as a traditional economy-class ticketIn seeking out information via their website on baggage allowances for economy-class tickets, Justfl*** links directly to TAP Portugal Airlines' website -- which specifies that a carbag may be checked, free of charge, on intercontinental flightsTAP Portugal Airlines' website also outlines the restrictions for 'TAP | discount' fares as compared to traditional economy-class faresAgain, however, Justfl*** advertised the fare they sold me as a standard economy-class ticket, when it fact it was notIn communicating with TAP Portugal Airlines, they expressed frustration with third-party sites mis-advertising fares in this way and mentioned Justfl*** as a particularly egregious exampleIn trying to rectify the issue with Justfl***, I spent hours on hold over the course of a weekCertain agents agreed to process a refund for the excess baggage fee I was charged, but then never did soI would call back and another agent would refuse altogetherWhen one supervisor told me that, yes, though the Justfl*** website does seem to be selling discounted tickets as standard economy tickets, even so I should have somehow known to call and verify this before purchasing online, I finally gave upThat, in patronizing a business, I am to assume they might be dealing disingenuously with me and do more than due diligence before making a purchase is as foolish as it is cynical as it is totally unacceptableLastly, the company seems to be using extremely excessive wait-times (in excess of hours in one instance this week) to dodge customer complaintsCustomer service agents at offshore calling centers can sometimes be difficult to understand, as they are speaking English as a second language; I do try to be charitable and understanding, but in this case, the agents at Justfl*** almost do not have a working command of the English language -- which led to agents often misunderstanding me and communicating erroneous information along to supervisors

I called Justfly to make a reservation on sometime in AprilI spoke to the customer service representative onlineI the end of the reservation and after my credit card information has been given to the travel agent he said I will hear from them by email ASAPI did not hear from them in hours, therefore I placed another phone call to alart them that I have not received my booking ticketHe apologized and asked my to stay online why he review the reasonsHe said it was their error and he forwareded my ticketI noticed the following errors on the booking information: My last name was spelt wrongly as ***, My email address was not correct, It was written as ***I quickly called their attention to those errors within an hour, the agent I spoke to asked me to pay $to correct their errors, I thought that was mischievious, therefore I asked to speak to a Manager and he refused claimed their is NO manager but himHe later asked me to forward my SS card and ID

I purchased round trip tickets from LA to ShanghaiI had two complaints1) Both trips were delayed, one was delayed hrs and one was hrsI called service rep to ask for assistance, no help was provided2) I was charged extra to select seats on the airplaneWhen we got on the plane, our seats were sold to someone else

I inadvertently misspelled my name by leaving letter outI called to change it and they advised me that there would be a $charge to change my name on the reservation! One letter missing in my last name which mind was spelled a second, third and fourth time for my accompanying passengers and a fifth time on my credit card authorizing the original charge for the travels plans In addition to this stupidity, I waited on hold for also minutesI have never seen such lax customer service in my life...what ever happened to treating your customers like gold and building trust and loyalty?

I accidentally booked my flight from BUR-NYC for the wrong date (I got mixed up with red-eye flight dates)I called two days later panicked and and was told that they would allow me to cancel flight for $(she lowered it from $75) and that I can get credit to book the much cheaper flight the day beforeI asked her to book it over the phone before the price increasesShe apologized and informed me I have to wait hoursShe did not mention anything about fees involves with this new bookingWhen I called back in hours, I was told I can only book the same destination and departureThis was one piece of information that was not presented during my phone conversation, but because she was kind enough to lower my cancellation fee, I thought to myself, I'll let this one goHowever, when I went to book the flight again, I realized they are charging me $in fees, on top of the $I was charged for cancellation, on top of the $I paid for the original flightThat is a total of $in fees to use a $creditWhen I called back to tell them that this flight they advertise as $on the website shows up as $383, I was told "Well, of course, they must have told you there are rebooking fees." NoNo they did notI am so confused as to why none of these things were communicated with meHow do you charge me a cancellation fee and then a rebooking fee when both were given as options in your telephone pitch? She told me: "You can either cancel the flight for $and get credit, or change the date for $225, your best option would be to cancel the flight and book a new flight." Not once did she tell me I cannot book a regular flight on their website, that I have to book through a different link with different pricesShe simply said you can book the flight in hours with the credit from this flightI even told her, "There's a flight for $I want to book with my credits, can you do that?"That was her first opportunity to tell me that I might as well just buy the flight now, because my credits won't cover anythingBut she didn'tInstead she said: "You must wait hours to use the credits, and yes the flights may go up." The fees I was being charged to book from the "special rebooking website" equal the same amount as the credits I was given, so what credits was she talking about? One would assume that flight credit is used toward any flight advertised on your websiteIt was wrong of me to believe that the representatives would not withhold such important information before advising me to cancel my flightThen again, it was very obvious that the outsourced representatives were provided a script that they would not deviate fromI could have paid less had I paid *** *** take over the account*** *** charges $150, and if the flight you are changing to is cheaper, they will credit you that amountI could have paid less just paying the flight change feeIt would have also been cheaper to just not show up to my flight, rather than pay to cancel this and not be able to use the creditMost importantly, had I not been deceived, and had I been given the actual facts of what cancelling my flight would entail, I would have kept my original flightI would never have thrown away this type of money for a one day differenceI realize that there are always fees involved with all airlines and travel agencies, that's fairHowever, not a single person I spoke with was forthcoming about the actual consequences of what I was advised to doDo I need to read every single word on your entire website incase a representative is lying to me? I should be able to trust your word when calling these customer service representativesTo add insult to injury I wrote a long Email, detailing my complaint, and received a generic Email stating I must urgently call them for a time sensitive matterI called thinking maybe they wanted to make things rightI was wrongA customer service representative told me, "We Emailed you to say you must pay the fees when rebooking." Thanks

Worst company EVER!!!! My husband is extremely sick and we have to change our flights last minute and speaking to them is absolutely a nightmare and they are not helpful at all! We’ve been at the airport for hours and the WHOLE TIME we’ve been here I’ve been trying to get them to cancel/reschedule our flight that leaves TONIGHT and they have either not listened to me, or hung up on me or refused to help me and they’re insisting I pay a ridiculous amount of money to change our ticket...money we don’t have....even after speaking to the actual airline *** and having them tell me they will waive any change fees based on our situation! we’re literally on the plane home to Texas now to get him care and now I am even more upset and stressed outYou have made a terrible day much much worse!!!! clearly you don’t care about your customers or your reputation! I’ll be taking this as far as I need toNO ONE should do business with these crooks! ?????????
