HelloMy most recent trip with JustFly was booked to Rome (personal) & Berlin (business) togetherI was traveling with a close friend for the Rome portion of the trip, and a week before our departure, her husband passed away very suddenlyShe obviously needed to cancel her trip and I did too in order to attend the funeral and help out with their small childrenI called JustFly on June and was on hold for nearly minutesWhen I finally got a representative on the phone, he explained that JustFly doesn't waive cancellation fees, even if it is because of the death of your travel companion's husbandI proceeded to cancel my flight and was told I'd be charged $At this point I'd spent nearly hours on the phone with JustFlyI still needed to get to Berlin a few days later for work, so I re-booked a new flight leaving a few days later to Berlin via JustFlyI thought this was all behind me until I received a phone call hours later telling me JustFly would now charge
On Sunday November 12, my wife and I booked a flight through Justfly*** with trip cancellation insurance to Honolulu, HawaiiThis was $After paying for this flight we realized we booked the wrong destination in Hawaii, and paid for an additional flight to the right destination through justfly*** for $We went to cancel our first flight on the internet through justfly,but our trip cancellation insurance didn't come into effect until the following day November 13, and justfly were charging $to cancelSo I decided to call United who the airfare tickets were with and cancel directly with themHowever, United were unable to cancel our flight and provide a refund as they did not have our payment, Justfly still had our moneyThe following day, November 13, my wife and I canceled our flight through Justfly where they charged us $cancellation fee, cancelled our trip cancellation insurance and told us wrong destinations are not covered and refused to give us a refund
My son is a active member of the AirforceI purchased a ticket through Justfly.com and he had to cancel due an order.I called to cancel so they charged me dollars and I was told if he used the same airline for future travel he would get a credit of the amount of his ticketWhen I called for the third time about my cancelation email they told me he would have a charge of for rebookingSo they took his plus more dollars to then tell me he owes another 200.00.This is a rip off and they don't honor the military at all.I am so done with them.Please be careful
