THEN I noticed there is a place on the customer service webpage where you can "change the name" -- would I have been charge

After paying the nonrefundable fare, the company changed our flights to include a hour layover which basically excluded of my family members from going Then they told me they would only refund the outgoing flight, because they initiated the changeI informed them that if they could not go, then they could not returnI stayed on the line around hours explaining this to them Then after they sent me confirmation, we were returning from Alaska , at the airport returning home we find out they have cancelled our return flights After staying on the phone at the airport with them for over hours total, on frequent long holds, they got us other flights, but made us pay for them up front and said they would refund the cancelled ones in 6-weeks ( the flights they cancelled) We were at their mercy Pay or be stranded in Canada unable to return home in a timely manner This just happen a day ago, so I guess I'll see if I ever get my money backI won't hold my breath Please beware of this "company" Thank-you

One letter missing in my last name which mind was spelled a second, third and fourth time for my accompanying passengers and a fifth time on my credit card authorizing the original charge for the travels plans In addition to this stupidity, I waited on hold for also minutesI have never seen such lax customer service in my life...what ever happened to treating your customers like gold and building trust and loyalty?

We’ve been at the airport for hours and the WHOLE TIME we’ve been here I’ve been trying to get them to cancel/reschedule our flight that leaves TONIGHT and they have either not listened to me, or hung up on me or refused to help me and they’re insisting I pay a ridiculous amount of money to change our ticket...money we don’t have....even after speaking to the actual airline *** and having them tell me they will waive any change fees based on our situation! we’re literally on the plane home to Texas now to get him care and now I am even more upset and stressed outYou have made a terrible day much much worse!!!! clearly you don’t care about your customers or your reputation! I recently had an extremely negative and concerning experience with JustFly .***I was directed to the site from ***, where I was shopping for plane tickets for an u***ing tripJustFly*** appeared to be offering the best deal on the flight, so I went ahead and purchased my tickets thereImmediately after making my purchase, I got an email from JustFly*** with the subject heading “Your reservation needs immediate attention.” The email claimed my credit card could not be processed and requested that I submit a new card or contact my bankI contacted my bank to authorize the charge and was told that there was some strange activity on my card, including: a small charge from JustFly*** that was immediately canceled, a double charge from an airline for one leg of my trip, and an i***plete charge from a second airline for the return leg of my tripAll the charges were pending as there wasn’t actually any problem with the cardI was confused by this activity and by the strange message from JustFly***, so I attempted to call JustFly customer supportI was unable to reach anyone at JustFly***, even after several attemptsMy first call was disconnectedAnother call routed me to nowhereAnother call put me on hold indefinitelyI Googled JustFly*** and came across a warning article from Revdex.com and several other negative reviewsI called my bank again to inquire about canceling all JustFly***-related charges, as I was concerned about a scam or some other illegitimate use of my cardThe bank said that I could not dispute the charges while they are still pendingI visited the websites of the two airlines that I had supposedly booked trips on in order to learn more about these transactionsNeither site recognized the record locator I had received from JustFly***I called customer support for the flight that had supposedly been double chargedAccording to the airline’s records, the flight had been booked and then immediately canceledThey did not have additional information about itIf and when any charges associated with the JustFly*** transaction appear on my credit card statement, I plan to dispute themI caution anyone against using this site!

While they appear to have good rates, I had a situation of a bait and switch My wife bought a ticket for ~$to spain, and shortly after, she bought me the same ticket The problem was that they charged my card over $ Since I took screenshots of the online cart after the purchase, and had a lot of backup information, I thought the problem could be resolvedThey stonewalled me by requesting original credit card statements Of course, since I just made the purchase, that would take weeks, and that is not possible with the fluctuating prices of tickets It basically held a gun to my head I spent days following up, and each time I spoke to a representative they would explain how I contacted the wrong person, giving me a new "correct" contact method each timeYou can roll the dice, but if anything goes wrong, they will not take responsibility
Holy crap! What a scam site! I spent HOURS trying to correct an unauthorized cancellation of a flight I spoke with multiple agents, none of whom had the same answers for my issues Apparently their computer system doesn't give the same answers to all of their agents Don't get sucked in by the apparently cheap airfares They are NOT worth the time and effort you will waste trying to deal with their screw-ups I will NEVER use this website again
