I had booked our flights through JustFly.*** for our first trip to EuropeWe were traveling to Italy flying Air FranceAir France notified us a few days in advance that they were going on strike the day we would be flying out of Washington, DCI called JustFly to ask what to do and they were very unhelpful saying there is nothing they can do until they go on strikeDay before our travel I called Air France who was very helpful and willing to rebook our flight on another airline in the event our flights would be canceledThey were allowing people to do this to avoid last minute panic of having to reschedule flightsAirFrance saw that I had gone through a booking agent (JustFly) and let me know that they would have to do the rebookingI mentioned that they hadn't been helpful when I called them and they said they need to help meI called back JustFly and was hung up on and then put on hold for a very long timeI then spoke to someone who said they couldn't do anything until the flight was canceledI asked to speak to a supervisor and they put me on holdThey came back and said their supervisor told them to email AirFrance to see if the flight could be rebooked and they would call me back and let me know the outcomeNot giving me any other choice, I ended the conversation after they sent the emailI never heard from them again An hour before I was supposed to leave for my flight, I was on the phone with AirFrance who did end up helping me to change my flightsI will never use JustFly again!!!!

As some of the other complaints have also alleged, their cancellation and change policies are not at all as advertisedThey attempted to levy ridiculous charges, for example in addition to forfeiting the entire cost of my ticket to cancel, they threatened to charge me an additional dollarsTheir fares, to attempt to switch dates, were quoted to me as double and triple the amount online, and they would not change any other aspect of the ticket, effectively using their policies to force me to forfeit the ticket by not showing up for the flight, which is what the service representative told me to doShe didn't know any of the policies offhand, would put me on hold after each of my questions, and come back with conflicting quotes and information that did not add up

This company misleads customers regarding extended cancellation policies and travel protection insurance Customers wind up paying more in the long run on top of the original ticket price regardless of insurance etc

Justfly misrepresents its products to consumersI booked a flight represented as a Virgin Atlantic flight, complete with the company's bright red logo When I received the booking confirmation I noticed in small letters "Operated by Delta" I called the company to confirm I would be flying on a Virgin Atlantic plane and was told it was in fact a Delta planeI explained that I felt cheated and asked for a refund When I received the refund confirmation I noticed the words that the bank credit could take up to daysI placed a total of phone calls to the company's customer service line (agents disconnected me once they learned I had a complaint) and spent minutes on the phone attempting to get a quicker refund as I am not able to book another flight until the money is back in my accountThis is a deceitful company and all consumers should be warned of its practices

This company, justfly.*** travel agency, charges an exorbitant prices for cancellationsThey do not have a forgiveness policy even though I realized my mistake within a few minutes of buying a ticket through their establishmentThe airline itself will not charge for hours cancellation but this company does, and it is a hefty $for cancellationI will never use them againTerrible policy

just bought tickets round trip to Colombia, did everything right spelled our names 200% right, everything went thru, but when they send me a confirmation email, of the names where missed spelled, called them right away and told me that since I did the booking my self I was the one who made the mistake, so I had to cancel my reservation since there was nothing else to do costing me $per person yes thats right $this is not right in any way very disappointed, I guess this is one of their ways to still money from customers, also the genders where also wrong
