Justfly is a nightmare to deal with!
They take your money and if you cancel the flight you can not get a refund and IF you have insurance with CSA, you have to pay to cancel your flight with Justfly in order to make a claim with CSA and CSA can't guarantee they will pay your full claim for your ticket purchasedWhen I called to cancel my flight with justfly to try and recover some money from this whole nightmare, I was told I had credit for my next flight but would have a rebooking feeThey will take the consumers money and put you through the ringer to recover anything your entitled to as a consumerThe ABSOLUTE Worst experience I've ever had with a company

On July 12th of I purchase three flights to Raleigh-Durham North Carolina via the just fly website while I was on the phone with a just fly booking agentThe booking agent was trying to find a flight at a low rate for me, while I also looked for a flight on my tabletI found the flights and I made the booking agent aware of my purchaseShe remained on the phone with me as I completed the purchaseUpon completion of my purchase, I received a confirmation emailI then noticed that the dates were incorrect for travelWhich were August 21st through August 23rd The correct travel dates were July 21st through July 23rd At that moment I made the booking agent aware that the travel dates were incorrectI would not have been able to travel during the dates of August 21st to August 23rd, I was on vacation from August 17th to August 28th New Orleans and then on a cruiseShe informed me that she did not have the authority to change the datesShe said she will transfer me

Hello: On May I used the online traveling browser, Justfly*** to book a low-price airline ticket to Detroit from Baltimore, MarylandI used their phone app and was looking to pay $per flightWhen I used the app, however, after selecting my dates as Monday, August 6-Wednesday, August 8, the app autogenerated Tuesday, August 7-Wednesday August as an option for a flight, and I accidentally purchased this flightAfter looking to change this, I was charged a total of $additional (which is close to the cost of the original tickets) within a matter of minutes to change this ticketOn Sunday, July 28, I ended up cancelling the aforementioned ticket all together, and had to pay $in order to do soI was told, however, that I had $in airline credit for a future tripWhen I called them today, however, I was told that my credit had "expired" and that I was not able to re-book a trip and that I was not going to get any of my money backI've spent about $now to JustFl

I proceeded to process my purchase with a total and agreed to pay the total, when I received the confirmation it was over $more than what I agreed to payI selected the flights that offered the free cancelation with bold letters, only to find out that in the fine print it claims that it's only if you purchase the extended cancellation option which is $24/passenger, and it clearly showed that there were no airline cancellation penaltyIt is truthfully a way the company gets to make money for while offering no service in returnIt's advertisement is misleading and billing faulty and unethicalI was on the phone with a member who acted that she was doing me a favor in returning my money at $25/passengerSo, it cost me $to cancel flights that were advertised as free cancellation, and I cancelled within the hour due to the overcharged amount

She was very very rude when asked if I can talk to somebody else or any supervisor/manager? She said there's no need to talk to any supervisor and moreover she's not authorized to transfer call to the supervisor or managerI work with the govt and have never had this kin of bad experience in my life

I made a horrible mistake buying a ticket for march 7th - 16th curacao-new york through just fly*** I even bought flight ins for flight changes I had to stay longer because of medical reasons of my daughter I called and tried to change my flight but first they said I would have to pay $towards the claim then another$to change the flight I disputed the fact I had ins but they insisted I pay the money I called the airline and they told me that all was needed to pay was $to change when I called back I got another person on the line and he told me sorry I couldnt change the ticket because it was bought in bulk price unheard of my total ticket incl csatravel protection costed me $which I could only use for one way because of this issue I had to purchase an additional ticket for my return trip this is a scam in my eyes and needs to be addressed my mistake was not to book through jetblue direct but with this agency online
