I bought a ticket and it's insurance option from Justfly***I put in the schedule that I needed and they somehow registered it incorrectly, immediately afterwards I called to see if it could be re-scheduledThey said no but because I had bought the insurance they can give me a refund and that I should just buy another ticket while that processesAfter I bought the second ticket they called me that they could not give me my money back, rather only receive it back in credit within my account but in the end they failed to even do that and registered the ticket as if it was usedI called multiple times trying attempting to get this figured out but in the end they just ended up taking both the ticket money and the insurance money
