Terrible, terrible experience with JustFly -- a complete "bait-&-switch" on the "guaranteed" advertised price vs what was charged at the end of making the reservationI called them IMMEDIATELY to cancel when I saw the discrepant amount but they insisted on a $cancellation fee After then calling my credit card company to dispute the charge, I followed up with JustFly again the next day: (1) there were no notes or record showing I had called requesting cancellation the night before (within minutes of making the reservation) and (2) the supervisor Rita was insistent she would only cancel the reservation if I agreed to the cancellation fee (the airline requires the cancellation from JustFly; they would not accept it from me) I am working with my credit card company to make sure JustFly does not receive a dime from me and will follagain with the airline to make sure they receive the reservation cancellation (they have notes on it in their system) I'm usually very careful about reading reviews before working with a company I don't know, and I WAS careful to review JustFly's "fine print" as I entered the reservation details, which is the reason I was completely taken aback when I finished & saw the total The late hour & good price lured me in, but I will certainly NOT be making this mistake again with this company, and I do not recommend others to work with JustFly, either

I wanted to make sure that something was written about the atrocious business practices of JustFly.com
They sold me a different ticket class than they had advertised, issued me a receipt for, and printed upon the confirmations they emailed me
This was not discovered by me until I was at the airport in another country and the airline was surcharging me additional fees for my travel and telling me that the ticket class on my JustFly.com agenda was incorrect and that I had to pay the fees to continue with my travel
I called JustFly.com as soon as I arrived from my trip several hours later and explained the situation to them over the phone After them denying it many times I asked to speak to a manager to which I had to wait close to an hour for The manager finally called the airline which verified my story and refuted the claim that they had sold me the correct ticket class as represented on my receipt
