On 9/25/I called Justfly and told the agent that we had a vehicle break in and that the passport along with other important documents/cash were stolen so I have to cancel and then file a claim with the insurance since we won't be able to replace the passport in daysThe flight is on 9/The agent made a mistake of refunding me the amount of the insurance which I quickly brought to his attentionHe said I won't be able to file anyway since the lost passport is not covered by the insuranceI told him that is up to the insurance to decide but I bought the insurance for events like thisI was put on hold for over an hour and then a manager told me that as a courtesy for holding he will reverse the charges for the cancellation fee by justfly and that Justfly will see about speaking with the insurance about the errorI called several times after this and no one was able to help meJustfly said they will investigate if the agent made an error but no one communicated with meWeek
