I booked a ticket with this company, for a 10-hour international flightDuring the booking process I selected the seats for my travel to be near my partner, selected the meal option, and saw that I had hours to cancel the ticket without refundOnce the ticket was booked the seats and the meals were not confirmed, when I tried to log into the system it said I was not able to make any changes to seats/meals at this time and would have to wait until hours before the flight to choose which seats were availableAfter realizing multiple complaints of this company, when I tried to cancel the flight due to their error on seat assignments they tried to charge me $per person to cancel the flightThey stated that in the terms and conditions of their company (which was listed no where during the booking) it states that seats are only requests and not confirmations

Paid for business class ticket, paid for extended cancellation....and they refused to cancelWe were on hold for nearly two hours, hours before departure and not only did they block us from cancelling or even changing the flights online...they said because we did online chethey refused to give cancelThen it changed to having us call air China, that was HOURS ofnon-stop on holdJustfly is responsi i.efor blocking the site so we could not change the ticket or cancel, for selling us extended cancellation they misled us to think was at least hours from booking, and intentionally directed us to call air China to delay long enough to have the flight depart from LAX with us looking like no-shows on the flightThey mando effort at all to contact air China to assist us, this I know because they could not get through the on hold status we also faced

On june I booked air india ticket from justfly.com the price was shown to me $and when I checked my debit card statement there were two transactions one of $by the name of *** *** and $by the name of justfly.com so I called them and asked why there are two transactions they started telling me that I have selected the seats that the reason we have charged you $which I was not informed during booking so decided to cancelled the ticket because I was eligible for full refund and within minutes of booking I cancelled my bookingThe Company representative told me I would get my refund within - business daysNow its been more days they have refunded me only $when I call them and ask for refund they are not able to give me appropriate reason why the money is not yet reflected in my account

This company is a Scam I cant believe there can be allow to operate like this I booked a flight for my family on Dec to JanI had purchase the Csa Travel protection Due to Family emergency I was forced to cancel trip .Which insurance didn't cover a thing So Had to pay $per ticket x.I was told by Justfly that I would have a credit of $I have tried to use the credit directly thru there site .But they purposely don't let it load for days with no resolution If I go on there website and pick my flights on dates desire for example they show $per ticket .I called and talk to Kin asked if I could pick my own flights thru there site She said No that she would help me and send me to customer support Ok ,So Customer support Eman gets on the line told him about my inquiry he stars checking dates flights The same flight that was checked by me thru there site his price to me is $.So I thought okay my credit per ticket is -$ea would have to pay the difference .Nope I was wrong Eman said no this is the actual price to youSo according to him the ticket will run me $1021ea.Red alert this place is a Scam
