They never explained thier cancellation and airline credit policy throughly when I paid a $feeTotal scamThen they lied and their customer service did nothing to fix itI literally had a customer service rep on the phone who claimed to be the top person in the company

I used their web site to change the hour for my return flight and they showed one price to pay a difference to change the price which was $each ticket and I had two so I paid an additional $on my cc to change the flight return and then looked on their billing info and they charged me $for each ticket to change the return flight! So originally I paid $and when I changed the flight they charged me another $662! so I have a total of $for a $flight!!!!! I even bought CSA travel insurance and JUSTFLY rep told me that they probably won't refund me my amounts paid when the CSA advertisement and information after I bought the policy says they will pay 100-150% of cancellationsI want to cancel my flights with justfly*** and get a refund so I can get another flight before my birthday flight with a reputable company! Please help me and please tell others not to deal with this company They were very difficult to deal with and were NOT wanting to accommodate and make

This company has without question the worst customer service that I have ever experiencedI booked a flight through them that I had to reschedule and they made me go through hell and back in order to change my datesThey continuously told me that I could not look at their website for different flight dates/times because it was for "new customers only"Every date I asked them about resulted in the same answer of, "that date is not available"They constantly put me on hold for long periods of time, only to come back and give me the exact same answer as beforeThis company is a disaster and I will never do business with them ever again, and I will tell everyone I know the exact same thing

We booked a round trip from Jacksonville, FL to Dallas, TX for the dates of July 26th-July30th with an insurance policyWe called today (July 5th) to cancel the trip as it was for our son to visitHe lost his job and will now be driving home with his dog and therefore cannot flyNot only would they not take our cancelation insurance, but they would only refund our ticket if we paid $for canceling, and an additional $PER TICKET (so an extra $per round trip) in order to receive a voucherSo our original $for a round trip would be over $1,if we chose to go this routeThey also would not allow us to put the ticket in our name even though we are the purchaserThis may just be poor service, but it seems like an easy way to scam people by making it seem like they can easily purchase affordable tickets and buy insurance for "whatever comes up" and then tag them with lots of fines

on 9/12/2017, I booked a flight on JUSTFLY.COM with *** airlines total cost of the ticket up on check out was $286.80, I paid the exact same amount hence my credit card was chargedafter receiving the reservation for the *** flight, I saw that I received another reservation from JUSTFLY.com for *** airlines for approximately same flight times, same dates, from different airportsI never booked a *** flight, and I never authorized the JUSTFLY.COM to charge me $that they charged me for the *** flightI called the JUSTFLY.COM, explained them the situation and asked them to refund me the $and cancel the *** flight which I NEVER BOOKEDthey refused to refund me and told me that if I wanted my refund back I will have to pay $for each customer (there were reservations)I strongly believe that JUSTFLY.COM fraudulently charged my credit cart with an amount $they don't have common decency to own up to their own mistake so I kindly ask Revdex.com to assist

This is a horrible experience of booking airplane tickets from themWhen I booked the tickets, seems so easilyWhen I input my passenger's name, it only requires me to input the First and Last name, but the middle name is OptionalAnd the sign to remind you to "must match your password name" is in grey -- could not cause people's attention at allI even didn't notice it when I book my tickets.(From NYC to BeiJing, China)
Later then on, I noticed missing middle name possible will be an issue for boarding international airplane, then I started to call JustFly to request to add middle name to the ticketsI spent a whole day to call them, usually, they will ask me to hold, minutes, then told me it is impossible to add middle name, then asked me to cancel tickets, the cancelling fee is $400!, but not refund the full price, many hidden charge, then immediately asked me to re-bookthen they could charge me the book fee

If you had a Zero rating, that is what I would give JustFly I originally booked my flights for a European vacation on March 17th I finally had my confirmed itinerary on June 30th I began my trip on June 18th On May 15th I received an email that there was a problem with my return booking From that point on it was a nightmare I exchanged many emails with JustFly, had multiple phone calls where I was on hold for up to hours (with no resolve to the issue), promises from JustFly to resolve and get back to me within hours, never receiving a call back

My review in regards to the conduct of ***, employee # ***, for failing to perform his duties as a supervisory agent for Justfly***On 11/7/2018, my wife provided the information for all members of my family for travel purposes She typed the middle name of our son, *** *** ***  When the confirmation came, it was processed as *** * *** Just Fly told us that it wasn't so easy to change the name and offered a full refund of the cancellation fees and owned that the fault was on their sideOn 11/8/2018, we called to get the flight that was cancelled the evening prior We were very careful to type the full name of our infant son, *** *** *** When we received the confirmation, the same mistake was in place, labeling our son as *** * *** This creates passport issues and we need the full name Just Fly refused to change the name and wanted to charge $cancellation fee for each passenger They then reduced the cancellation fee to $per passenger, even though Just Fly was***pletely at fault for the typographical errorI then requested to speak with the supervisor, ***, Employee #*** He refused to accept responsibility for the mistake of Just Fly and insisted that I should cancel the flight and pay the fee, even though it is Just Fly that messed up They insisted they had a screen shot where we messed up the spelling of our son's name, but refused to share that screenshot with us I felt he was insecure and unwilling to admit to the fault of his team and his agents I request that ***, Employee #*** receive retraining on his duties as well as a detailed class on business ethics when performing duties
