In February of 2017, I purchased airline tickets from justfly.comThe tickets are from JFK to Cyprus through Moscow flying with *** on June 18thDue to an unforeseen family conflict, I attempted to change our departure dates, having one of my children flying on June 11th (with another family member) and the other two on July 5thI was directed by the company;s 1-number to do the change on the website to save timeI attempted to do that and the website was coming up with the price of $per tickets (fine plus difference in ticket price)However, I was unable to complete the transaction because the three tickets were bundled together and I needed to break them apartSo I called the company and talked to an agentShe first said that my son could not have a reservation by himself because he is a minorHowever, when I explained that he would travel with another family member on the 11th of June who also got tickets through justfly.com she agreed to split my reservation

On june I booked air india ticket from justfly.com the price was shown to me $and when I checked my debit card statement there were two transactions one of $by the name of *** *** and $by the name of justfly.com so I called them and asked why there are two transactions they started telling me that I have selected the seats that the reason we have charged you $which I was not informed during booking so decided to cancelled the ticket because I was eligible for full refund and within minutes of booking I cancelled my bookingThe Company representative told me I would get my refund within - business daysNow its been more days they have refunded me only $when I call them and ask for refund they are not able to give me appropriate reason why the money is not yet reflected in my account

Now when I call justfl*** I can not connect to customer service (I actually waited hours because they said, they was having high volumn of call, more than 10-people ahead of meNot once but three times I called) OK, I thought how about I'll just select option 1, which is for a new reservationWhen I started to tell the operator about my concern, she said she would connect me and that I should have selected option After a long I hung up and called backGuess what? Still no answerThere's someone on option but no answer on option Am I wrong or is there something very suspicious going on here?
