Justfly airline doesn't have English speaking employees to understand the request of customers.Customers are charges for any errors regardless of miscomumications.Any request to have an English speaking representative is ignored and custors are not given any other alternatives but to pay the fees to gain services from this airlineI made several transactions which time consuming of two or more hours.Agents are transferring customers to supervises with no information of policies or proceduresMy reference numbers are ***Supervised *** *** insisted that I must pay a fee of $for tics that were made with the WRONG DATESUpon listening to the recorded call; she said I agreed to the charges so I have to pay the feesWhen I explained several time for the agent to speak more clearly or slow down; I couldn't understand her pronounced wordsSo I may have misunderstood, then she said she couldn't wave it because I took to long to view my tics hours after work

Last week I booked tickets to get to Dallas for a family emergencyI have booked tickets online countless times, as usual I booked round trip choosing PDX as my departure location and DFW as my destinationGoing to our destination went smoothly however coming back we got to the airport we had landed in only to find out Justfly*** had booked our return through a different airport unable to get to the other airport in time to catch our flight we missed itAt no point during booking my flight was I notified that my return would be a different airport than the one I had typed inI called and was on hold for over hours by customer service while on hold my call was disconnected several times, I had to keep calling back and going through the automated system over and over againI was sent in circles from one employee to the next each telling me this is completely and my fault for not seeing itI have been traveling for over years and have never had an airport I specifically

this was a nightmare to deal with I went to thailand and my flight was changed a few times including while overseas it was hard to get in touch and the first customer service people who pick up the phone only repeat things you say back to you without actually helping Also, they booked a weird ticket involving a bus in china between flights this bus was not at the airport, but miles away Nobody spoke english, I had no money and had to get the only (barely) english speaking woman for the airline to help me explain to the cab where to go It's a wonder I made my flight and got home!

I booked a flight for myself and my daughter in march for a flight in july-- I had typed in san jose costa rica but the website redirected to san jose california I didn't catch the error as the itinerary heading just said San Jose I caught the error one week later-- still more than days before the flight I waited for hours to speak to a supervisor and they offered me no reimbursement and no assistance what so ever It was a complete loss of over $due to an error on their website They told me their hands were tied and there was absolutely nothing they could do for me I had purchased travel insurance with them when I booked the flight and they were also of no assistance I then called jet blue directly and was able to get the balance applied to the correct flight-- minus $penalty per ticket That is their standard policy Justfl*** had me believing that they could do nothing at all because of the airlines policies which is simply not accurate There was no advice to cancel the insurance and get that fee back or to contact jet blue to get a portion of the money in a credit I will never again use justfl*** for any services at all

They are liars! After booking a flight for my family, they cancelled my reservation that had an airline confirmation the next morning, hours later! I called their customer service # after receiving the email notification, and hours later waiting on the phone, Brett said that their was a credit card issue and they couldn't complete the booking Then he said that the flight had been cancelled, too After hanging up, I called my credit company and they said no payment request from JustFly.com had been submitted Liars! Now the tickets are almost double for my family of three, about $1,more from my presumably booked flight Don't use their scammers! I have read some online reviews and it seems to be a pattern with thembe forewarned!

terrible customer service, information given, no refund issued after all the documentation requested was provided, lots of excuses in order to keep your money
