NEVER book with JustFlyThey have written into their terms and conditions that if you cancel your flight you will only be able to use your ensuing credit on a flight that is double the priceOur family trip was cancelled due to this oversight

MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTSJustFly regularly uses or misleading advertising in its marketingWhile booking a flight from NYC to Capetown, I bought tickets from JustFly solely based on the promise of "FREE HOUR CANCELLATION" in green color on the trip I was purchasingWhile I would normally research a company and read their terms and conditions, I was not surprised by this promise because I found JustFly through Kayak, which also makes (and honors) this promiseAlso, unlike some of their flights that only read "hour cancellation," this seemed pretty clearWithin hours, I had to cancel my flight, and was directed to a page with a $cancellation feeI called the company, and spoke with a customer service agent who wasn't able to helpHe said "FREE" meant the ticket was refundableIn what world does "free hour cancellation" mean refundable?
