I booked a flight only for the website to direct me inadvertently to a different unchosen dateWhen I called to make the change, they had me on hold for over min at a time, on separate occasionsThey were unavailable on all three occasions, and then I was disconnected while on hold again

On July 18, 2018, I purchased two round-trip airline tickets to Chile on Justfly*** (Number ***) My husband is a physician, and unfortunately, his work schedule changed, necessitating that we travel a month prior, February 1-16, rather than March 1-16,
I called *** *** the carrier for the flights, and whose charges appear on my credit card statement, to change the tickets and was told that they are unable to change the reservation because the "travel agent" will not allow itI then called Justfly***'s customer service line and was told it will be $to make any changes to these tickets
The terms and conditions are clear that the fee for changing an international ticket is $ According to the customer service representative and the supervisor I spoke with, Justfly*** charges $in addition to $in fees charged by the airlines The terms and conditions do not state anywhere that additional fees of $apply to changing these tickets

I purchase a flight ticket with just fly Going from ny to Houston Texas the amount of the ticket was cents Minutes Later something came up I decide to cancel the ticket when I was in there web page I read about the cancelation fee of cents I agree and I continued the cancelation it also said that I will get a full credit from the airline from the airline (spirit airline ) ok I agree on everything but then I call spirit airline to find out about my credit and surprise they told me I only have a dollars in credit cause spirit also charge me the cancellations fee of the same amount as just fly ...in just fly cancellation page doesn’t explain I will be get double charge from the agency and from the airline so I end up paying to cancel a flight

I just ordered tickets from Justfl*** and I am getting really concerned because I found a site that says they may be just a mileage broker and that another company, Flighthu***, is TERRIBLE and cheats people out of money as well as cancelling their flights for no reason at all!
I was searching for a deal on a flight ticket, justfl*** came up with the flight I was interested in and so I booked it
A few weeks later I got an email from them saying:

Now when I call justfl*** I can not connect to customer service (I actually waited hours because they said, they was having high volumn of call, more than 10-people ahead of meNot once but three times I called) OK, I thought how about I'll just select option 1, which is for a new reservationWhen I started to tell the operator about my concern, she said she would connect me and that I should have selected option After a long I hung up and called backGuess what? Still no answerThere's someone on option but no answer on option Am I wrong or is there something very suspicious going on here?

Just fly will not refund me and it's due to not advertising correctly that I'm out the money and wasn't allowed on my flightIt is not stated on their website on any emails from them or on my itinerary printed ticket to be checked in hours before flightI am a 1st time flyers and did not know this so I tried checking in minutes before flight time and was deniedWhen I contacted Justfly.com she told me it's just something that I should know so therefore wouldn't get a refundThis very important information should be available and clearly stated on website emails and especially the printed itinerary
