On Monday Jan I purchased two tickets online from Justfly and I purchaes insurance on these tickets from *** *** *** on Jan as instructed by JustflyThe two tickets were for myself and my fiance as we had planned a trip to Africa, Cameroon for our weddingThe trip was due on Feb During this period *** *** issued his travel ban so we decided that we could no longer take the trip since we might be denied entry back into the United States due to our visa status and or our religionWe called Justfly 3weeks before the date we were to travel and cancell the ticketWe then filed a claim for a refund of which they rejectedI have been calloing them but each time they pick my calls the put me on a long hold for hours without picking my calls.The cost of the ticket was 1,USD not included the amount we paid for insurance

I purchased tickets for a trip for my wife and me to visit my family for Thanksgiving through justfl***The ticket prices were about $less than through the carrier's website as well as also about $less than any other option from another carrier or website such as Priceline or KayakAbout minutes after receiving the confirmation email from justfl***, they sent another email cancelling my purchase without providing a reasonI tried calling customer service, but the quoted wait time was over hour and I don't have the time at the moment to wait on the phone (I'll update this review once I am able to contact them)I went back to check on flights on justfl*** as well as other online sites, and the prices on justfl*** are now >$more than what I had originally purchasedThe prices have now also increased on other sites for the flights I wanted -- thus because of justfl***'s shady practice, I'll have to pay moreJustfl*** had no legitimate reason to cancel my purchase (my credit card has zero balance, all information was entered correctly, and I also verified that my credit card company did not cancel or reject the purchase)I recommend staying away from justfl***

When booking a trip, the website allows you to select seat assignments for a costWe did so but did not receive the seats requestedJustFly responded we are paying them a fee to make the request for usThat is NOT the impression their website gives, They are in the business of booking airline tickets, they know ahead of time which airlines accept and do not accept seat assignment request and shouldn't be misleading consumers with an option to request seats if they already know that the airline does not accept these request
