User beware I made a flight reservation online with Justfly I had to cancel and within the 24-hour permitted period I submitted a cancelation via their online site following instructions to a t I knew I would be charged $to cancel and agreed to thatI checked the agree box, then the cancelation box I learned days later that they did not cancel the flight, so I could not get a refund Calling to try to rectify this resulted in no progress with agents who spoke broken EnglishTheir cancellation online is fraudulent and misleading Canceling online doesn't work, so don't use their online service for that You have to call
