Hello, I booked a flight with Justfly*** this week and had a misleading customer service experience that spanned daysI was repeatedly given misinformation and the information I was given, changed with every person I spoke toI was told the fee structure for changes was different than it was and was essentially forced to pay fees when I was told I would have a flight rebooked for the same priceThe calls are recorded so there is evidence of my experienceAt one point, I was told by a representative that my flight would be rebooked within hours and I would receive confirmation via email within that windowNot only did this not happen, when I called back to inquire about this, they told me that is not their policy and had no idea what I was talking aboutBy this time, if I wanted to make any changes they told me it was too late and I would now get hit with fees because of information they gave me directlyI'm out hundreds of dollars because of their run around, poor customer

I have a negative review with Justfly I booked a ticket with Justfly and had to cancel The agent on the other line said the original charge to cancel the ticket is $I was debating to cancel it, he said he would discount the cancellation charge to $if I cancelled that day I was charged the original $ I called back to inquire when my $would be credited, the representative on the other line said they would not be able to do that I was falsely told something from the original representative to expedite the cancellation process, I will not be using Justfly for any further business

We bought international tickets through JustFlyDue to political unrest the US State department issued a level travel warning for our final destination a month or two after purchasing our ticketsKopa said they could reschedule our flights for a week later (unlikely to make a difference when the people call for an overthrow of the dictator), but we had to do all the rescheduling through JustFly They informed us that other than going the exact same trip one week later, it would cost us $to cancel, $to reschedule and the difference in price of the shorter notice ticketsWe could not just take the trip to our layover destinationIn fact to switch our tickets to our layover destination would cost an additional $per ticket, even though we already had tickets there as our intermediate destinationAlso it was very difficult to understand the people helping us as English is not their first language and they seem to just be reading a script from the websiteI would not recommend using JustFly.com and will not use them in the future

I would never buy my airline tickets justfly.com again They may have cheap prices but
their customer service is horrid, I couldn't even understand what the gentlemen was saying over the phone I could tell he was reading from a script, he kept messing up and than apologizing He didn't have any idea how to help me or what I was even askingI ended up calling a second time just to figure out what was going on
I found the flight $cheaper later (on their website) and they wouldn't help me at all I couldn't cancel my flight (even though I was willing to pay the cancellation fee of $150+) They gave me no optionsThe second lady I spoke with told me your only option is to not show up at the airport but you will still be charged for the flight I understand flight amounts change but most companies including Expedia would let me pay the fee, cancel the flight and then I could have still saved over $ No, justfly told me I was out of luck there was nothing I could do
Think twice before you book with justfly.com I know I will never use them again Companies that actually value their customers and will help them instead of giving them zero support, and zero options are the companies that I will turn to instead
