I booked a flight through justfly within the last month I received an email pertaining to my specific booking # being told that my flight is now available for $less then what I paid and to call for details on how to save I called and spoke with people, all of which whom hung up on me because they responded maam the price is the price there is no changes but couldn't explain to me why I received that email Each one hung up on me after I requested a supervisor The 8th time I called I received a rep that put me on hold for over an hour to speak with a supervisor to then disconnect the call!!! I will never use this company again and I don't recommend anyone to use them Not only will they never match a price, they will never follow through on there own word or promise/advertisement and they have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with
