We used Justfly to purchase tickets to Ireland and the Isle of ManThere were no problems getting there, but on the way home, we were not able to make our connecting flight in London (LHR)The flight in from Dublin was not late and although security wasn't smooth, we thought we still had minutes to catch our flight from London to ChicagoThe lay over between our flights in London was 1h 15mWhen we went to get our boarding passes, we were told the flight was already closed and that all international flights are closed one hour before departure and that we should never have been able to purchase this ticket because it did not provide the amount of time neededWhen I finally got through to Justfly, I was on hold for 1hr 30m before talking with a personI asked for a direct number in case we were disconnected and she said there was no direct number but that she would call back if we were disconnectedI asked what could be done to solve the problem and was told that it was the ai

This is the WORST company You are shown one number for a flight and just before buying they chance the price! They still had the lower price online hours later, but still wouldn't give us the lower price! Customer service is HORRIBLE- no help at all It is a scam
