HiI recently booked a flight to Greece with JustFlyAhead of my scheduled return flight, my flight was canceled by the airline (Turkish Airlines) due to geopolitical reasons (the coup in Turkey caused all flights out of Istanbul to the U.S.) to be canceledI was forced to purchase a new return ticket home last minuteOnce I was able to make it back home, I called JustFly to ask for reimbursement for the flight that was canceledThey told me that they would work with the airline to get me my refund and said they would contact me in a "couple" of daysAfter a few days without any contact, I called them again to get an updateIt was the same story - they told me that they would have to contact Turkish Airlines and get back to meThis happened four different timesAfter a month of no resolution, I once again called back and asked to speak to a manager about my situationHe said that they had no record of his support employees contacting Turkish Airlines - they clearly lied to me

I booked travel to Germany through justfly*** and the airline changed our schedulesWe are trying to switch the schedule to a schedule that fits our plansI called justfly*** multiple times to request that our schedule be changed to a different scheduleThey stated that they would have to reach out to there travel partners which is downtown travel agency based in Mew York, Fort Lauderdale and Los AngelesAir Berlin is stating that they will accept the changes however someone from downtown travel needs to call into Air Berlin to request the changesI've contacted all three companies and they are all giving me the run around
