A cautionary tale - I booked for the first time with Justfly back on July 4, The email confirmation came back and I clicked ok and forwarded it to my husbandHe immediately noticed it was for the wrong month, August instead of SeptemberThe email was a no reply beyond the initial okI checked their site and there is only one number and I began calling and immensely frustrating endeavorThree days and several dropped calls I finally got someone explained what happened and gave them my phone number and flight info and they put me on hold and dropped the call and never got back to meI then contacted Lufthansa the airline Justfly booked us onI spoke with a representative who said only Justfly could change the reservationAfter I explained to him my phoning problem, he sympatheticaly gave me a special number they use to contact JustflyWhen I did call that number as soon as they determined I was a customer they redirected to the same number that put me on hold and dropped me againI wrote Lufthansa and called and although one representative there agreed they could change the reservation and I was transferred to reservations I was again told knowI contacted my credit card company Capitol One and they have been fighting for me but now both companies have said I never tried to change the reservationIn addition to the cost that Justfly quoted for the airfare cost they added a $fee to my cardCan you help, maybe not just me but as I discovered after the fact many others have had similar problems with this companyUnfortunately, I never got anyone's nameAlso, make people aware that they should check any company's customer serviceCan you ever speak to a real person? Let us know is there any agency that arbitrates such disputesI even signed up for travel insurance but it doesn't cover this type of problemA mistake on my ticket that has cost me over $I had to book another tickets and did so directly with an airline for 1/the costSo much for searching for bargainsThank you,

I purchased a ticket through Justfly*** on May 08, 2016, what they fail to tell me until I got to the ticket counter was that the 2ed leg of my connection flight was over booked by passengersIt was also the only flight flying out for the day, so that meant that I would be stuck there until the next dayOnce I found that out I tried to cancel my ticket on both ends but China Airlines told me I had to do it through Justfly*** and when I called Justfly*** they told me I couldn't cancel while the plane was still in routeAnyways I waited a few days and spoke to someone at Justfly*** they told me that they submitted my paper work for my refundThey also withdrew $cancelation fee that day, today is July 18, and I have still not received my refundI've called and spoke to someone on two previous occasions and they both told me that the paper work has been filed and for me to basically waitWell it's been months and still nothing, I will call them again in a few day

My experience with Justfly.*** was HORRIBLE! After stressfully comparing flight rates and schedules, it appeared that Justfly’s rate was fairly reasonable, so I booked itImmediately after clicking the Purchase Tickets button, the next page stated in bold caps “YOUR RESERVATION HAS BEEN BOOKED SUCCESSFULLY” I believe there is just 1way to interpret this messageI then relaxed and went to bed confident that I had secured my vacation tickets for myself and familyFALSE!
Well, hour, minutes later, while I was sleeping, an email message came in stating:
“*** *** * *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** ** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** ** ***.”
I learned that my reservations were not made, were held in virtual limbo, I had lost my seat selections, forcing my family to sit apart from one another on all flights, and they still charged by credit card account for $(not enough for ticket)I immediately called justfly customer service to cancel my held reservationI requested that my flight be cancelledAfter a long, drawn-out, heated argument over the phone, and a few declines of ridiculous cancellation offers ($fee per person), they finally cancelled my held flight and charged me a $cancellation fee for ticketsThe experience and result was HORRIBLE!!! I will NEVER use Justfly.*** again!

I originally called Justfly April 20th, because I was reviewing my credit card statement and saw a credit back on my card for $When I contacted Justfly to confirm my flight April 20th, the CSR confirmed my flightI asked her to check to make sureAfter numerous 3-mins holds she kept sayingshe came back and told me my flight was cancelledShe asked me had I called in to cancel, which II didn't After another lengthy 3-minute delay, she said *** *** cancelled my flight and to contact themI asked to speak to a supervisor because the representative said thete was a schedule change which caused this cancellationI couldnt undetstand why they couldnt contact me in February when the schedule change happened to notify meThey then proceed to say since the flight I had already purchased was refunded, I'll need to purchase another ticketI m upaet because I wasnt notified my ticket was refundedBecause I have a party of ladies traveling with me on the same flight,

Went to book a flight that they advertised at a certain priceOn different day and on multiple tries, they increase the price right before confirmationIt's a shady practice

No stars I purchased a ticket and airline insurance (which stated a refund would be given with this purchase) for a round trip flight and ended up having to cancel hours later because my husband was unable to book the same flight with his miles I click "cancel reservation" and then told that to confirm the cancellation, I have to pay a $cancellation fee! This was NOT stated earlier in the purchase options and the insurance purchased stated it would cover 100% refundI went back and did a "fake" ticket purchase to see if I had missed anything and saw that there is a banner that across the passenger input page what looks like an advertisement (explains why I missed it) that says "extend the cancellation period" and there is an option of clicking a box to choose itThere is NO listing of fee or payment for cancellations on this bannerWhen I hover my mouse over the tiny "?", there is small print stating this option costs $and then you don't have to pay any cancellation fees by justly*** This is non-transparent business practice and they have just lost a customer (and everyone else I can tell about how horrible this experience has been)We are on a budget which is why we were drawn to this website in the first place and now we are out of money that we didn't have room to loseAvoid at all costs

Don't believe that they will do anything for you by using themTheir Customer Service is terrible and no one speaks english as a first languageIn fact, I had tried talking to one person that wouldn't even speak at allI would say something or ask a question and have dead air and have to repeatedly ask if they were still thereThat just made me mad and that was before completely disregarding my request
I was calling because only days prior, I booked a flight and then got an email from them that reads "Your prices to Bozeman are changing!" So I looked it up and my EXACT SAME itinerary is $cheaper per ticketSo I call them up and I get this horrible customer serviceEven though these prices are the exact same flights, from THEIR website (not another site) they will not adjust the priceI was not even asking them to match the other flights that would work that were $cheaper per ticketThis is just poor business to not even listen or offer any solution or even talk at all! I booked a flight to go to a friends wedding on Nov 29th and had to cancel a few days afterward due to illness They gave me a credit and charged me a cancelation fee for each ticket When I tried to use the credit I was told that it had expired even though I was using it before the deadline that I was givenI was allowed to speak to a supervisor, but they were unwilling to help me and would not connect with me anyone who could do anything to help rectify the situation

This is a pice of *** Company that cares absolutely nothing about its customers They falsely advertise prices On tickets with very specific connection details then change those connections or details increasing your layover timesBait and switch

Just fly made my flight reservations for the wrong dateThen they mafe twp reservations on one day to go to the same place! Services offered by JustFly.com are not only mis-advertised, their policy to cancel and or re-route flights puts all consumers at lossThe wording on their site is confusing and can cause consumers to spend more and receive nothing in returnI had booked a return flight from Los Angeles to Australia and had a change of plans when the departing city changedJustFly charged $to cancel and I will receive my money backAfter the flight was cancelled, they told me that they could not change the departing city and the money I had paid for the ticket will be held as credit on their site and can only be used to book the same trip with the same departure and arrival destination within one monthThis puts the consumers at an absolute loss especially since I was mis-informed that cancelling the flight would refund my money

WORST customer service experience everKept me on hold for long periods and refused to make any accommodation for my problemBasically was told I could not make any changes what so ever and they refused to refund any portion of the monies paid alreadyAlso both "reps" I talked to were extremely difficult to understand and kept putting me on hold for no real reason, felt like they just wanted to get rid of a "problem" customer

The company refuses to issue me a refundIt promised me a two-week wait to issue a check in the amount of my canceled reservation and I have now been having to call this business periodically for a month nowDO NOT BOOK WITH THEMWORST COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH
