I want to share my negative experience with this company, they are layers , I got official confirmation from JustFl*** regarding my fly ticket to Lisbon Portugal with information about baggage fees ,>Personal Item: FREE Carry-on: FREE 1st Bag: FREE 2nd Bag: €When I checked in JFK the frees was removed during the registration But on way back I was so surprise that I didn't have any baggage free, I was paying $for regular and not overweighed BagsWhen I called to the agency and complain the first agent Lisa promised me to return money once she will check if payment was received and place me on hold for minutes , for some reason I was transferred to other agent Jude She was saying that they are not responsible for those fees even they confirmed that's free , When I spoke supervisor *** he recommend me read company policy , before order ticket and not trust official confirmation email from JustFl*** I have no comments on this !!! if official reprehensive recommended not trust the company I think we should trust him and never have deal with JustFl*** !!!!Only one question I have how come the company with this reputation still on market *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** **

I purchased flights with them and put the wrong departure and return citiesInstead of merely switching my flight they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to change the flights claiming it was the airlines feePlease be advised that they themselves charged me to cancel my flight and told me that doing so would allow me to change my flight cities (departure and return) after hrs and didn’t tell me anything about that suppose fees that the airlines would charge me until I called to switch everythingThis company was totally misleading and I spent well over dollars for these flightsPlease consider this as a formal complaint and a means to get some type of money back

Justfly airline doesn't have English speaking employees to understand the request of customers.Customers are charges for any errors regardless of miscomumications.Any request to have an English speaking representative is ignored and custors are not given any other alternatives but to pay the fees to gain services from this airlineI made several transactions which time consuming of two or more hours.Agents are transferring customers to supervises with no information of policies or proceduresMy reference numbers are ***Supervised *** *** insisted that I must pay a fee of $for tics that were made with the WRONG DATESUpon listening to the recorded call; she said I agreed to the charges so I have to pay the feesWhen I explained several time for the agent to speak more clearly or slow down; I couldn't understand her pronounced wordsSo I may have misunderstood, then she said she couldn't wave it because I took to long to view my tics hours after work

Never and I mean NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use justfly to make flight reservations! Twice now they have screwed up my flights close to vacation time and this time is a days before I leave and they can't find me a flight cuz most of them are booked or I have stops with overnight layovers!! They told me that was all they could do, otherwise they could issue a partial refund and I could my ticket with 5he airlines directlydays before I'm supposed to leave? It'll cost me times as much! July I purchased a plane ticket and min later the justfly personal canceled it the money was taken by them from my bank acc I called them spoke to different persons asked to speak with supervisor and they never let me speek to so I was told to I would receive it and the money has not been refunded back only dl was given back total is 451.dlrs

I booked a round trip flight, only to learn AFTER the purchase that it was actually one way ticketsWhen I needed to make a change, the fees were $from justfly, and $for each "ticket" from the airlineWhen I pointed out that I requested a round trip ticket and choose from the options presented (as one ticket), they refused to budge on their $feeYes, they are right, their work speaks for itself, unfortunately the message is that they misrepresent what they are selling and don't do right by their customers when they are caught with shady practices! Be VERY careful using this service or better yet, go with a reputable service you can count on and avoid these jokers entirely!

I booked at trip to NYC through just fly departing on 7/8/out of btv and returning on 7/Just a few hrs before my flight on 7/i received a message saying the flight was cancelledI immediately called just fly to resolve the problem and they were able to refund our departing flight through JetBlueThey told me to call back and speak to a supervisor concerning a refund for the return flightI have called and spoke to three different supervisors since who have told me that they will not refund the returning flight because it was both due to the airline cancelling the flightI have attempted to explain to them that it is because we were not able to take our trip because they did not get us there as promisedTherefore we were unable to return from a place we never wentThey are trying to tell me this was our decision but it is notWeOuldnot get there due to the airline cancelling the flightPlease help us to resolve our issue and receive a refundThis is stealing
DO NO USE THIS COMPANY.They are running a scamReviewing the ticket I bought the spelling of my name was wrong.The name has to match the government issued identity or I could not use the ticket..When I called to have this error on their part corrected they said there would be an additional $fee for this changeI am not going to give them money to correct their mistake! I have dealt with JUSTFL*** for the past week trying to get my departure flight changed so I do not miss my connecting flight to Thailand Repeatedly I have been put on hold, told that changes would take 24-hours its been hours since my initial request I have yet to get a clear answer on why my flight has not been changedI even had the airline representative (China Eastern Airlines) in a conference call with JustFly only to be put on hold without notice causing me to hang up JustFly had said they received the code to waive fees for the change yet the change to book my flight has not been made I was lead to believe that was the hold up since they were waiting for approval I am aware that the flight is available They refuse to let me speak with someone to get more information and have continued to ask me to wait I have never run across a vendor that took 5+ days to fix a flight I will never again just JustFly and will continue to advocate to others not to use JustFly as well I have also sent feed back to search engines such as Kayak, Momondo, and Sky Scanner to remove JustFly from their query for flight searches I will never again book through 3rd party vendors The small cost difference is not worth the trouble that I have and still am going through
