I booked a flight thru Justfly from Minneapolis to Harlengen TXI put the wrong return date but did not discover the mistake until 2-days laterI called them to explain my mistake and they said that it had been over hours and it would cost $to change flightI said that since it was my mistake that it was okay to charge the $to my credit cardThey said that they could not change the flight because no seats were availableI then said okay just cancel my flight and charge me the $for my mistakeI them went direct to United website and booked a seat on the same flight for $less that Justfly was charging meThen when it came time for me to take the flight I checked my account and Justfly had charged me the $plus $for the flightI also had the charge from United for $I called them again and they said I am out of luck

After being charged $to cancel my flight, I was misinformed about my options when re-bookingI thought I could rebook from a different city with my credit but I was notAlso the flight options to re-book were hundreds of dollars more than what was being advertised on their site! They did absolutely nothing to help me and now I’m out $600!

JUST FLY IS THE BIGGEST SCAMPAY $TO CANCEL A FLIGHT TO GET "TRAVEL CREDIT" AND THEY MARK UP THE FLIGHT AS MUCH AS TEH TRAVEL CREDIT, SO YOU LITERALLY JUST PAY A $CANCELLATION FEE TO LOSE MONEYWHAT A *** JOKETHEY SHOULD GET stars

I just booked a flight to Cancun from StLouis on Justfly.*** I gave my credit card information and hit send I instantly received a message across my screen, while still on their webpage (not an email), that there was an error with my credit card and the flight was cancelled I called Justfly and the told me that my flight was cancelled and to call my credit card company My CC company told me that there was no issue with my CC and I had indeed been chargedMy CC recommended that I call the two airlines that came through as charges on my credit card I called each of them *Frontier & Aeromexico) and they said that they too see the flights were cancelled but Justfly can take up to weeks to refund the money Are they using borrowed money? I would put a as a rating if possible

I wanted to change a flight to have a new destination airport but the website didn't let meSo I cancelled the flight (they said I would get credit back with the airline, and justfly.com would charge a $cancellation fee)When I tried to book a new one, there was no way to transfer my credit so I called customer supportThey told me that Alaska Airlines has a $cancellation fee that I would have to pay that out of pocket, and then my existing credit would be applied toward the new ticket price(They double dip on cancellation fees?! -
whereas I could'be just changed my flight through Alaska and paid the the $and been done with it.) So anyway, I said okay, and I chose another flight that was available through justfly.com, and they told me a different price than what they listed for the same exact flightThey said that the price is different if I want to apply credit toward the flight - basically just made up a new price so that it worked out to be equivalent of me booking it without their "credit."

The overall thought of the business is greatThe customer service as well as the information they give you on the website is a lieIf you call them they will straight up lie to you and then try to get you off the phone by putting you on numerous 3-minute brief holds while they figure out the problemI wasted over $1k today on different round trip tickets for me and my wife for our vacation this summerI was told that I was being booked for "STANDARD ECONOMY" instead of "BASIC ECONOMY" There is a huge difference when flying with UnitedI have nothing against United here but was very upset with the misleading information that JustFly*** was givingWhen you look on the website it will show just EconomyWhen you purchase your tickets and finally get the confirmation it will change from Economy to Basic Economy, which comes with restrictions like no carry on bags and you can't sit with the person(s) you are flying withThat was a problem for me so I went ahead and called them back to cancel my flight and redo it since you can't upgrade from Basic to StandardThat being said I was told I would originally be charged $per person to cancel even though I had just bought my tickets hours priorI can understand the hour cancellation policy however, if I call to get help while booking my flight online and you repeatedly tell me that it is not a basic economy and then ends up being soI expect to be compensated and not screwed out of $After being put on hold for hour 30min to resolve the $cancellation charge, I was told they would bring it down to $per personI said that was fine if the situation would be fixed and I could get booked on the correct flightThey assured me they would walk me through everything and get me what I neededSo I get my flight canceled and I am transferred to get another flight for my vacationI went over a few different flight options but came back to a similar scenario of flying out with Frontiers and returning with UnitedSo I asked the representative of JustFly.com about times while on the phone, "Is this Basic Economy or Standard Economy?" I was assured throughout the entire phone call that it was Standard and that I could choose my seatsI even went as far as to tell him which seats we wanted and was charged an additional charge for the seat requestWhen everything went through he said that the seat arrangement didn't go through because someone must have already taken them but that I would receive an email confirmation with a new seat guide and I could choose my seats thenI waited minutes and received said email and followed the linkIt brought me to a page that said I couldn't choose my seat because I was wait for it BASIC ECONOMY!!! I am livid at this point and call back a 3rd time already knowing I'm going to be out $1k dollars from refunds, that don't come for at least days, and still no where with my tickets for my tripOh I might add that I was trying to handle this while working from my own business which cost me about 1/hours todayTime is money peopleThrough it all I told them to get me in contact with the supervisor immediatelyI was put on hold for a total of minutes and seconds before finally getting a hold of a supervisor who told me to hold for another 3-minutes (turned out to be minutes) all to tell me they would refund my 2nd round trip tickets to me in full with no penalty but that the $I paid originally would still standI understand $is not a lot in the grand scheme of things but if you are willing to let a company go in and not give you all the facts, scam you out of your money, and then pretend everything is okay, then I would say go with this businessOtherwise STEER CLEAR OF IT!

I might add that every call is rerouted to a call center in India and it is very hard to understand themNothing against them but I would want my customer service to be able to know the situation at hand and not out source it to someone who is cheaper

I want to share my negative experience with this company, they are layers , I got official confirmation from JustFl*** regarding my fly ticket to Lisbon Portugal with information about baggage fees ,>Personal Item: FREE Carry-on: FREE 1st Bag: FREE 2nd Bag: €When I checked in JFK the frees was removed during the registration But on way back I was so surprise that I didn't have any baggage free, I was paying $for regular and not overweighed BagsWhen I called to the agency and complain the first agent Lisa promised me to return money once she will check if payment was received and place me on hold for minutes , for some reason I was transferred to other agent Jude She was saying that they are not responsible for those fees even they confirmed that's free , When I spoke supervisor *** he recommend me read company policy , before order ticket and not trust official confirmation email from JustFl*** I have no comments on this !!! if official reprehensive recommended not trust the company I think we should trust him and never have deal with JustFl*** !!!!Only one question I have how come the company with this reputation still on market *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** * *** *** *** ** *** *** **

Absolutely terrible I had to change my flight dates, which is on me, but they promised to set me up with the cheapest flight They did not There was a flight that was $cheaper, but they picked the expensive one anyway On top of that, they had me on hold for minutes
I will never book with justfly again

I fell ill, couldn't make my flight and they REFUSED to allow me to change the itinerary, despite the FACT that I purchased their travel insurance

I purchased flights with them and put the wrong departure and return citiesInstead of merely switching my flight they wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to change the flights claiming it was the airlines feePlease be advised that they themselves charged me to cancel my flight and told me that doing so would allow me to change my flight cities (departure and return) after hrs and didn’t tell me anything about that suppose fees that the airlines would charge me until I called to switch everythingThis company was totally misleading and I spent well over dollars for these flightsPlease consider this as a formal complaint and a means to get some type of money back

Justfly airline doesn't have English speaking employees to understand the request of customers.Customers are charges for any errors regardless of miscomumications.Any request to have an English speaking representative is ignored and custors are not given any other alternatives but to pay the fees to gain services from this airlineI made several transactions which time consuming of two or more hours.Agents are transferring customers to supervises with no information of policies or proceduresMy reference numbers are ***Supervised *** *** insisted that I must pay a fee of $for tics that were made with the WRONG DATESUpon listening to the recorded call; she said I agreed to the charges so I have to pay the feesWhen I explained several time for the agent to speak more clearly or slow down; I couldn't understand her pronounced wordsSo I may have misunderstood, then she said she couldn't wave it because I took to long to view my tics hours after work

Am now on hour three of my customer service callI had to cancel a round trip flight because of family issues and when I went to use the credit they gave me it was only available for the airports that were previously chosenThen I was like, okay I'll just get the same flights I had before and deal with it, when I went to get them with the credit, the flights had went up FOURHUNDRED DOLLARS! When I logged out and looked again, the flights were back at the original price, when I looked WITHOUT the credit, they were at the original priceTo use the credit, all the prices for flights went up enough to make the credit uselessWhen I explained this to the customer service, they kept asking me questions, I was hung up on times, called them times, and have gotten no whereI am livid, and just going to cancel the charges on my card, show my company the proof I have of the price gouging and this website showing I am not the only oneThey are not worth it do not use them at any cost

Never and I mean NEVER EVER AGAIN will I use justfly to make flight reservations! Twice now they have screwed up my flights close to vacation time and this time is a days before I leave and they can't find me a flight cuz most of them are booked or I have stops with overnight layovers!! They told me that was all they could do, otherwise they could issue a partial refund and I could my ticket with 5he airlines directlydays before I'm supposed to leave? It'll cost me times as much! I'm so pissed right now I can hardly stand it!! I made these reservations months ago!!! They had plenty of time to get everything confirmed and ready to goIf you're smart you will NEVER use justfly!! If I could give it zero stars I would!

July I purchased a plane ticket and min later the justfly personal canceled it the money was taken by them from my bank acc I called them spoke to different persons asked to speak with supervisor and they never let me speek to so I was told to I would receive it and the money has not been refunded back only dl was given back total is 451.dlrs

Company stated price, and refused to honor price AFTER purchaseI booked travel with JustFly via website, and paid stated fare of USDA day later, I received a notice of cancellation of booking, to which JustFly stated was a problem with Delta AirlinesAfter calling delta, I was told that JustFly cancelled the ticket, and not delta (as JustFly had told me)After calling JustFly multiple times, I asked to speak with a manager and was told that is not allowedAfter multiple calls/texts to a number listed for JustFly under Revdex.com.com, I received a call from someone at JustFly telling me the trip was cancelled because the price I paid "was not the real price." If it was not the "real" price, then it should not have been listed as the price, and my debit card should not have been charged the accepted price
